I agree with everything said on the other reviews They have scams when you order they make you order additional product just to get off the website Yhe product made me sick and very constipated When I communicated to return both sets since they sent me two that I did not want they said they would only refund me the unopened one I emailed them five or six times after I sent back the unopened one but never got responses I disputed it with my bank and then all of a sudden they did get back to me with a credit for the one Now I m stuck with the one that s open that made me sick Again I did get credited for the first one So after reading all the reviews I feel lucky on that one They also are COMIFY I really need to stop ordering anything off of Facebook It never goes well

If I could give 0 stars I would This is a rip-off company that will steal your money I ordered a package of stick-on sleep aids and not only did they not work they made me ill I ordered ONE pkg received TWO and I was charged for both Don t bother with customer service It s worthless

Ordered one packet and I got 4 and was charged for 4 how can they do that Used one patch it was an oozy sticky mess after two hours Asked for a refund only to have them say to send a photo of what is happening NO give me a refund Now they offer 50 off to keep them these are probably just delay tacics I will have to pay to return for a partial refund AVOID

I ordered 1 package of Wellamoon sleep patches and before they arrived I got an email offering an even better deal on them I ordered 1 order of 4 packages and the site glitched and it doubled the order I immediately contacted the company and asked to cancel the duplicate order and was told that that could not be done They only send more offers and do not respond with the address to send the return They offered a 30 discount to keep the product The product does not work for me and I do not want them even at a discount I feel I have been scammed

Looks like I have been scammed too Ordered one package billed for two 55 47 and 84 90 Immediately tried to cancel but told I couldn t When item arrived at Post Office a customs charge of over 20 was needed I refused delivery and Post Office returned it to sender unopened Now Wellamoon are telling me they haven t received it even though I have proof that they have Worst company I have ever had to deal with

Yes I had similar experience to these others Adding this a few days later I could not comment when the charge was pending on my credit card But as soon as it became possible I flagged it I didn t know if anything would happen But I m happy to say that my company reversed the charge I don t complain very often and I guess they took me seriously I m just telling this because it might work for other people too

TOTAL SCAM Like the others on here they doubled my order without permission I ordered one set 2 pouches but they charged me for two sets 4 pouches It was done in two separate transactions and the price was slightly different 3 more for one so PayPal denied my dispute of the charges as they said there was not a duplicate transaction because the prices didn t match When I tried contacting Wellamoon s customer service they send the standard we re busy but we ll get back to you in 48 hours reply They NEVER got back to me not once
