Worst experience ever I bought indoor plants from them which were supposed to be delivered same day and instead they arrived after 5 days of waiting with SICK PLANTS FULL OF FUNGUS Instead of apologizing they sent me rude and offensive messages and refused to event come back and help me move the plants outside because I am allergic to fungus and the plants are full of it Worst service ever rude and disrespectful selling indoor plants while keeping them outdoors with tons of pests Stay away or your will waste your money nerves and health with it

Yeap when you open business should first think about consumer is satisfied or no when you sell fake products and show them different this is not a business that s call scam We ordered some products but we received not same different please stop playing with consumer is better for your business If you want Weste money just buy something from this people Thank you so much for your bad service

Worst Experience you can have from online shopping DON T Buy anything They changed 3 times the delivery time now I m writing this review they haven t delivered my order after 5 days and 3 times changing the delivery time I m not sure Well Potted Plants LLC delivered my order at all and I think they are frauds I don t know they are a real company or not but I made a complaint on the cybercrime portal on Dubai police website

Kindly don t buy from them terrible customer service and no plant knowledge Gave a big plant in a small pot Plant isn t able to stand straight and dying as roots are not getting enough room Best part they have stopped responding to messages and not taking calls I really hope such organizations don t survive Just like the plant I took from them isn t

Horrible experience They said they d deliver in one day I had to fight them to deliver in 3 When they finally did they brought me sick plants One month later and they re dead no matter how much I tried to save them They even literally threatened my friend saying they ll deport her for complaining to them about her delayed delivery Extremely unprofessional rude and a total waste of money Avoid at all costs

They have collected the payment but two weeks passed and I see no refund nr the plant They do not pick up the phone despite texting on What s app Sounds like a very unreliable company

I bought an Areca plant from this store and they gave me a slanted one I raised a complaint with the store but they just told me it s a matter of making the plant stand firm Okay they will send slanted plants to customers that are about to fall down It is not potted correctly I gave tip 10aed in advance online thinking they are good coz of the title of the store So Upset

Pure SCAM

Pure SCAM Lied about the plant size never delivered and claimed I received the item No refund and stopped responding to my messages and calls I ve taken a legal action against this entity and hopefully DED is revoking their trade license SOON Consumer rights must not be violated and are protected at all times K
