7-day returns policy That s got to be illegal right I ordered a hob but during the removal of the previous one turns out the hob worked all along it was just burnt out at the plug I looked online how to start the returns process and it says it s a 7-day return policy I ve never heard of that before And I hope to never hear of that ever again
