I purchased a kitchen mixer tap
I purchased a kitchen mixer tap the website implys it s an American company but it s completely Chinese Product comes directly from China and evey person I spoke with also Chinese That wasn t the issue I had just but kind of deceptive The item arrived I opened to check it was the right part but didn t install for another week When I went install I noticed there was some damage which I hadn t initially noticed I contacted WELQUEEN immediately and it was too late to report any defects as the product had arrived a week earlier I then wrote a review on trust pilot and straight away received a response from WELQUEEN HOME DECOR I was told they would refund me a very small amount of I would give the company a perfect review score which I did as I wanted to get some compensation for the damaged item After using the tap mixer for a few weeks its quite noticable that it is very poor quality The handles have become loose within a few weeks and can t be adjusted the actual main body unscrews itself instead of pivoting as it should have tried to fasten but doesn t help Aldo the paint finish is very easily scratched I would not advise purchasing products from company they are very cheaply made

Welqueen Home Decor Rips You Off
I purchased a touch faucet from this company It was installed and did not work They sent a video It was installed exactly like the video showed however the conductors on the battery compartment was rusted Now how would rust be on a brand new faucet We got it to work However it goes on randomly which costs money It also only works when it wants If I leave the house I actually turn it off so I don t come home to it having gone on by itself I have been back and forth with them They refuse to believe the thing is defective They are sending me 20 Really Want a rip off buy from Welqueen Installation cost more than the stupid faucet
