I bought a pair of handball shoes Hummel from Weplayhandball website for my son of 8 years old sept 23rd 2024 that I received around 2 months later the sole of one shoe came off the first week my son used them I have photos So I sent several mails to weplayhandball including photos in order for them to resolve the issue but they NEVER replied It seems that their strategy is to play dead to not solve issues Not serious at all
