Happy again

Happy again This was my 2nd purchase of a pet portrait The 1st one was perfect we loved it instantly This 2nd one was not as accurate in the depiction of our dog her name was misspelled when we received it However I contacted customer service shared our dislikes and we received a new version shortly afterwards that is just what we wanted They were so great about fixing the situation we are happy customers

My picture turned out absolutely perfect I sent in a clear picture but it did have my dog s ears slightly cut off They added the tips of her ears perfectly for the portrait Ordering was super easy and I loved all the options you get to choose from Next time they have a sale I m buying 2 more

Just as happy the second time

This was our second time having a pet portrait done with West Willow and we re very happy with our experience After having a portrait done last year for our recently passed dogs we decided to have one done this year for our new dogs The first version of our most recent portrait wasn t quite what we had expected however the artist and customer service department of West Willow were great and worked closely with us to make sure we were happy with the final product
