Terrible communication They ignore clients

Terrible communication Avoid at all costs I m a customer for a couple of years They start off great then they can t care less This week I sent 3 emails and left 4 voice messages All have been of Ignored Never heard back Avoid Westbury at all costs

Bernadette has been the supporting go between myself and the manager in charge of my leasehold She was so helpful and understanding of what was is needed to be addressed and tried tirelessly to get issues sorted and settled I am pleased to be working with her again with a new manager and I am sure with both of them we can move things forward Thank you Bernadette for your tenacity good humour ability to grasp the importance of matters and attentiveness to those matters
