Terrible customer service rude staff
Terrible customer service rude staff and horrible return policy I really wanted to support smaller companies but if you want to avoid major headaches just buy from the big guys I ll never set foot in this store again

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service I was sent a broken brand new bugaboo donkey stroller I called them to inform them- as it s unusable They said it s final sale and I have to deal with the manufacturer I ve been waiting days to speak to the manager because apparently they are too busy in meetings to address any customer service issues All they tell me is sorry for the inconvenience but they really don t care or try to help Spent so much money here and 2000 on this stroller I wish I bought it somewhere else DO NOT SHOP HERE I never will again

This store is the worst
This is by far the WORST store I have ever dealt with If you want to save yourself a lot of grief DO NOT SHOP HERE They have horrendous policies regarding exchanges returns and most of all delivery delays I wish I had looked at FB reviews as well as BBB complaints before ordering anything from this terrible store

HORRIBLE COMPANY
HORRIBLE COMPANY They cancelled my order and did not bother notifying me I spent days waiting for absolutely nothing Then they tried to gaslight me about how it was an issue on my end how interesting that i ve used my card for years and never had a single issue until now disgusting and unprofessional behaviour

Extremely rude and lazy staff
I went in there to get support on something I had purchased for our newborn and waited around for 10 minutes without any assistance I finally chased down a salesperson and assumed she would get me the help I asked for 10 minutes later the same salesperson walked past and ignored me 3 times while another stood on her cell phone for the entire time I watched the salesperson get verbally assaulted at by whom I assume is the manager I politely asked the salesperson for help again and the assumed manager rudely told me You need to be patient The store wasn t busy and half the staff were standing around We have spent thousands here and I ve never received such horrible customer service in my entire life

Bad retrun policy
Last year I have purchased my uppa baby for my twins and one item was missing they refused to give me the missing item because i oticed it too late and now same they are refusing to take a return item because its opened

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service I had recently bought an item at full price which went on sale less than a week later I messaged customer service and asked for a price adjustment She refused and said she couldn t do it I told her it was the same thing as me going into the store to return the item and then reordering it online at a lower price Except it would save me a trip to the store which is about a 45 minute drive She would not budge I will never shop here again Customer service is huge to me

Terrible shipping costs hounding employees that are not helpful nearly everything is final sale including online order that have arrived damaged gift cards with 20 shipping and addition 8 handling fees Don t bother or be fooled by their large selection

Horrific customer service
Horrific customer service disorganized in general Bought something online for a baby shower Picked it in one location said they could not deliver it to another Then agree to it after speaking with many people One truck a week from store to store missed putting it on two weeks in a row No accountability no assistance Said they could not cancel the order over the phone only in person I guess their credit card machines are different from the rest of the world No efforts made to accommodate customers Blame shifted to customers Will never shop there again ever Avoid at all costs

Very disappointed
I have shopped with west coast kids so much but their customer services item availability and return policy drives me nuts I don t think it s fair to their clients to not give them more flexibility We are shopping for kids kids are unpredictable sometimes sizes doesn t fits and many other reasons I probably will stop spending my money with this store I m very disappointed
