Awful experience extremely bad customer service buy from someone else who cares for the customer don t trust this store
Awful experience extremely bad customer service and very rude I ordered a hat from this store it was a gift for my husband he is attending country2country in April 2024 with friends and I really wanted to surprise him with a hat to wear HOWEVER once it arrived it was too big so I returned it and informed the owner It was on its way exactly as I had received it in original box and packaging and used the courier she requested and I obviously paid for this postage Her email to me two days later was extremely abrupt and rude she accused me of lying and said that my husband wore the hat he couldn t have it was much larger than his head and that the hat had a hair on it enough said really she also said she would send me more detailed images of the condition which she never did and without any more discussion she sent the hat back to me with my emails printed off to me which was bizarre and silly and not really good for our carbon footprint Honestly if you are looking for a hat or something you are unsure on size please don t not purchase from this store as you most likely won t get your money returned to you I m also left feeling hurt and accused for a situation that was complete rubbish and out of pocket no partial refund was offered nor was an exchange out of keeping goodwill with a customer once the hat had been returned to them AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Worst customer relations ever
I wanted to return the product whose size did not fit my foot The product was the only one left in stock They claimed that the product was used in order not to get a refund I put the product on my feet as it came and took it back as the size did not fit It has not been worn in any way The company which does not take a photo while sending the product takes a video while opening the return cargo With these videos and photographs they said that they would send the product back by making us pay for the shipping fee What I was most surprised about is what I encountered for the first time in the retail industry They offered that they could get a refund with a 50 deduction

Poor customer service
Poor customer service My items were defective and they offer a tiny returns window I think they engineer this to ensure they have to refund and replace as few items as possible I will not do business with them ever again Beware you may be stuck with the bag as they say

Do not buy online from them poor customer service
I was bought a pair of boots for Christmas They convinced my mum she should size down even though I have the same brand boots in true size Unfortunately they were too small By the time I was able to email and arrange a return in the New Year they said I was out of the returns timeframe Shocked as they clearly create a small returns window on purpose Then they agreed to the return as I was going to order more boots that would have cost 200 more They sent the email to the the person who originally bought the boots and not me and then because I was one day late paying the difference as I didn t receive the email directly they then cancelled the returns agreement For a family business they have a strange way of offering poor customer service I DO NOT recommend buying online from them Poor customer service convincing someone to size down and blaming their system on not allowing boots to be returned POOR POOR POOR

Really disappointing
Really disappointing Ordered a pair of boots - they sent the wrong product but we had to pay return postage They then sent a replacement pair of boots which were scuffed When contacted about this we were advised to take it up directly with the manufacturer From originally ordering the boots on January 3rd it has taken 3 weeks to actually have a pair and they are damaged

Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money purchasing from this company The customer service is abysmal I purchased a belt that broke after 3 months refused a refund and told I was using it incorrectly Would not waste my money here again

I would highly recommend a visit to Wild Wild Western Wear I wanted a pair of boots and was unsure of US sizing and how the different styles come up different the staff are fantastic - Alexis was amazing finding the right fit we whittled it down to 2 pairs so suggested I go for a coffee to decide - there was no hard sale and after mulling it over with my coffee I went back to purchase my new boots
