All of the major electrical stores really could do with taking a leaf out of West Midlands Electrical Superstores book I had the most AMAZING experience with WME I ordered all of my new kitchen appliances from them and their customer service is second to none they are absolutely 1st Class and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would It s so refreshing to be able to speak to people directly and instantly and not have to deal with a chat bot and all of the team were so professional and courteous I had one issue with one of the ovens not working properly and WME dealt with the issue immediately replaced the item and even fitted it for me free of charge I wish all companies were like West Midlands Electrical superstore

Ordered a washing machine late afternoon and it was delivered by 10 00 the next morning You can t get better service than that Saved 140 compared to a high street shop and didn t have to pay for delivery They also took away my old machine to see if it could be repaired and given to a charity
