I bought a TOTO RW Washlet toilet and the wall mount cistern for it from West One Bathrooms online Before I did I called to confirm if I would receive it before the install date that I had schedule They assured me I would receive it before then so I went ahead and purchased it The price was competitive and the checkout process was simple On the day of delivery they accidentally delivered to my billing address which is currently different than the delivery address Apparently they are trying out a new system and it made a mistake I couldn t afford to have it redelivered at another time due to a tight installation schedule for the toilet so called them They quickly realized their mistake and were able to get it delivered to the proper location on the same day The delivery driver helped me bring the Toilet and parts up to my flat which was not on the ground floor He was friendly and very helpful I recommend West One Bathrooms Online for competitive prices good service and the ability to quickly resolve mistakes
