Amazing for first time buyers

As a first time buyer I was very impressed by the customer service and the clear information provided They took care of organising the visit without my intervention The price they offered was the lowest out of loads of local quotation They organised the survey within a week The day of the survey I received a call from the surveyor giving me a summary of what was found which was a nice preview before the report was written Everyone I interacted with was very professional The report I received was very clear and well detailed with suggestions advice and cost included I also loved the fact that this company is a partner with a Herts Young Homeless charity and they also include the annual report with their email I would highly recommend them

Brilliant experience with Westside services

Westside services have been great from start to finish I found them through the RICS Find a Surveyor website and they gave me a quote for a homebuyer survey very promptly Not only was the quote more reasonably priced than from others in the area the service was also excellent Casey arranged our survey swiftly and kept us up to date with what was going on at every stage Barry the surveyor rang us on the day of the survey to keep us in the loop also Thanks very much to both of you we have been really pleased with your service

I have used Westside in two instances in the last 6 months and I cannot fault them Where can I start From their 5 customer service by Casey who is super helpful responsive polite friendly to the service received by their great team of surveyors in particular Jamie who demonstrated professionalism and was extremely responsive when we had any questions The report we received extremely quick was super thorough Highly recommend
