I ve used WYGD a few times over the years won t go to any one else now The first point ofcall - the ladies in customer service are so helpful they listen to your needs Then the guys who came out to assess are super helpful too they always offer good honest advice based on their experience They don t take penny until the work is complete I m happy with it These are the reasons I have this company on speed dial

Work was done on time and the new garage door works very well Workman were very friendly and had to install during a wet and windy day which made the install more challenging Only minor issue was the need to clear up some debris after the install but I guess this was in part due to the weather conditions Overall very satisfied

Excellent customer service from start to finish When I telephoned to arrange a repair to an up over garage door new cables cones Lynn was apologetic for the 3 week lead time due to high demand for their services Appointment was duly made together with a price for repair On the day of appointment 2 guys arrived promptly carried out the repair to my complete satisfaction gave advice as to the overall condition of the ageing door and mechanism and provided an invoice at the stated price for online payment Thank you for a job well done

Very pleased with out garage door repair

Our garage door required repair as a cable had snapped and the lock needed replacing One contractor quoted 1250 vat for a new door stating the existing door was beyond repair West Yorkshire garage Doors asked for some photos of the damage and then quoted a very reasonable price to replace the broken cable and the lock They were always very courteous in conversation turned up to make the repair when they said they would and did an excellent job including servicing the door as part of the repair I thoroughly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again
