Really professional friendly and efficient service I had Initially email queries that were dealt with very quickly Emma who I had contact with was very personable and knew what needed to be done on the spot regaring deposit financial options and ordering my watch This is the best customer experience I ve had and not just to do with businesses selling watches Excellent website and accessibility options when you want to speak with staff Also carry quality time pieces and such a range to meet everyone s sense of style and budget A real credit to the watch buying world Thanks so much

I purchased a pair of flower earrings in the sale I am so pleased with them the quality is exceptional and the packaging was so carefully done This was my first purchase from W Hamond and I will definitely be buying from them again either for myself or gifts

The customer service provided is excellent I ordered a ring in a size that they didn t have in stock although it was showing on the website as in stock and available for next day delivery They contacted me immediately and got it made for me in their workshop It took about a week 2 weeks at most It was dispatched as soon as it was ready and I got it the very next day I was very happy with the service and that all my emails with enquiries were responded to in good time I would recommend

Great support and unique inventory

I have been interested in a Ball Trainmaster watch that is not available from most UK retailers W Hammond were the only bricks and mortar store to offer it and at a great price They provided great support with my enquiries and once I purchased kept me informed of progress as was ordered from the US Product arrived ahead of schedule well packaged and pristine delighted

Went to the shop on Sunday 4th August Looking for Wedding rings Gillian served us and was extremely helpful We wanted identical rings However after she rang around the other shops trying to find the sizes we required and not having much luck We settled on induvidual rings They are beautiful and we are more than happy with our choice As usual we recieved a fantastic service Its the shop I always visit I have earings and will be back soon For another piece of jewellery

From start to finish my experience has been brilliant I purchased a couple of watches online after Tom got in touch regarding an item I was about to purchase but changed my mind as I was unsure about a couple of things He clarified them for me and didn t try any hard sell tactics I then made the purchase after a few days The delivery was exactly as expected time wise and I had plenty of updates on what stage the watches were at I had to give a code to the delivery driver which gave me confidence that no mishaps would happen on the delivery side which was great considering that it was an expensive purchase for myself I would happily recommend W Hamond And even from the small experience I had regarding the 1 item I was about to purchase I ended up purchasing 2 items thanks to how positive it was

30th wedding anniversary gift Great service

I emailed as I need the ring before our anniversary I had a reply the same day despite it being Sunday Once confirmed small form to complete on line Received a call the next day to check everything Received well in advance of required date Found this company to be extremely professional and efficient Staff were friendly and very courteous Would definitely recommend I am delighted with the ring Thank you
