hidden shipping terms

Still waiting for an order placed 11 days ago as shipping from Denmark however this is mentioned as it should be perhaps on the co uk website landing header or checkout It is mentioned in a delivery information link buried in the footer of the website Seems like it would be wise for them to do this when retailing in the uk and selling in pounds as I didn t even realise I was purchasing imported goods Customer services nonchalant- will be returning as arriving far too late I m happy to wait a week but a fortnight seems excessive

An expensive pyjama ended in the bin

Ordered a wool fleece pyjama which endlessly losses all the wool our daughter can t wear it as she complains the constant hair in her mouth It was an extremely expensive cloth I thought it will be a useful product but it s not I sent an email and complain about the quality and said the item is clearly not fit to purpose but they rejected all my feedback Don t exactly know the purchase date I was angry and deleted all those mails

Very Slow Delivery

Ten days from order and still waiting for a delivery I can understand if there is a problem but I have had no information Wheat order confirmation says you ll receive updates on its progress but nothing It appears from GLS the parcel delivery company that it took Wheat four days to register the parcel with them and it has now been six days with GLS Not exactly hot customer service

Great items terrible customer service

Previous experiences have been great this time terrible 10 days after ordering there had still not been any updates to my order After emailing customer service it took another 4 days to receive a reply which simply referred to some technical error which meant my order had not been processed but was now ready for packing A day later when I received the shipment confirmation it turns out two items had gone out of stock and could not be shipped without any comment or apology from customer service After reaching out again to customer service it took 1 week and two emails to receive a reply again without further explanation apology Overall big fan of the brand and the items - but prefer to shop from resellers with better customer service

Bad customer service

Very frustrated with my order I am still waiting for 4 items to arrive I have emailed them and have received only automated responses I also tried calling but the number does not seem to be working

Not a great experience with this company

I ordered items in a 3 for 2 offer and one was cancelled which nullified the offer I tried many times to get in touch with customer service - the UK email address doesn t work and no one else would get back to me or help Someone should have reached out before randomly amending my order and it s disgraceful no one will respond to me now

I would put 0 stars if I could Terrible experience I m unsure if this company is actually real I made an order for some items for my daughters for holiday which have never got delivered The delivery company that they use says it got delivered but I was In all day and it never did I tried to email the company to ask what is going on but my emails got returned undeliverable saying that the email address does not exist Avoid this company

Very slow customer service

Very slow customer service I returned half my order worth around 200 euro over a month ago and still haven t heard back I contacted customer support and they took a long time to reply and said that a refund takes up to 2 weeks

Order never received no response no refund

I made an order over a month ago but it never arrived I got in touch with the courier company this firm uses to find out that the sender had not filled in documents for the shipping and the parcel was sent back to the sender Wheat s response to emails is horrendous after a couple of weeks I received a response stating that there is nothing they can do and will process a return within 14 days It has been over a month and more unanswered emails I have no clothes and no refund Disgusting treatment of customers Please avoid this company
