I will only add to all of this bad opinions that our oven has only a little over a YEAR DESCRIPTION OF THE SITUATION BELOW HARD TO BELIEVE And there are a lot of problems with it An oven from Aliexpress would probably work longer Incompetence at every turn I am considering contacting a law firm and I advise anyone who cannot enforce his rights I am completely fed up with calling and wasting my private time for conversations after which one conclusion comes to me Children can give a more specific answer and be more responsible than the Whirlpool NL team Almost two months ago I had first time problem with our Combi-Microwave That has been repaired 17 10 2019 On 30 10 2019 Our oven stopped working again Mechanic came to repair it on 11 11 2019 but unfortunately He could not do that because he had not a right parts He said that will order necessary things it can be something about one or maximum 2 weeks I received new date of appointment for 22 11 2019 Three days before the date they called me from customer service and I heard that they do not have right parts still and If they will not get those until end of that week I will receive a new oven I agreed and I was waiting with patience After next few days I called to your customer service 1 25 11 2019 I get information that parts are not available yet I heard also that they know nothing about new oven for which a consultant offered me few days ago in a case there will be trouble with parts I was assured that my reparation is on the highest priority and during 2-3 days somebody from technical department will call me 2 27 11 2019 Next call Same information Reparation is on the highest priority they assured me that somebody from technical department will call me 3 4 12 2019 A customer service told me exactly the same as above NEVER AGAIN NOTHING FROM WHIRLPOOL INDESIT BAUKNECHT

Terrible phone and repair service

Terrible customer service Waiting times are long on the phone and to get a service appt They cancel their appointments last minute They don t have enough repair staff to cover Den Haag I had to wait on hold for at least 10 mins to speak with customer service They were no help and would not transfer me to a supervisor or manager Two separate appointments to repair our dishwasher and oven were canceled at the last minute by them and then we had to wait another week for another appointment AVOID buying Whirlpool and Bauknecht products in The Netherands They will NOT be there for you when their appliances break I tried to contact you via FB private message I sent a message and received an automated generic response - Here is the message that I received on FB when I tried to contact you at WhirlPool Nederland Dankjewel voor je bericht Op dit moment zijn we niet bereikbaar via Facebook Bel op weekdagen met ons callcenter via 076-530 64 00 of laat hier een bericht achter We behandelen je vraag dan graag op de eerstvolgende werkdag

Whirlpool is incompetent and disrespectful of consumers time

the new dish washer that they installed did not work first the first start and then it took near one and half months to book a date The technician booked the date and then he came and send I don t have the parts the third time they just cancel and changed the date without prior coordination with me They are just shameless and don t take the consumer seriously The company is disrespectful of the consumer and I did not know the product coverage is supported by them otherwise I would never buy ut

Poor after care services

Poor after care services unable to respect an appointment nor to inform about when their technician sub-contracting will pass by

Very bad service and no respect at all

One of the worse service I had in my life no one knows wht the other employee did so I have to till my proplem many times and then the call center always busy and when they reply the line is very bad I cant hear anything so I keep screaming and when I told him bad line he hang up on my face with out any respectThe woman whom I called to till her about my proplem said something totally defferint from the technician and then I got bill for nothing and then I keep calling but no one knows they only keep saying you have to pay I dont recommend them for any person and will never buy any thing from there product

Leakage Unrepairable

Leakage in washing machine Backside one big crater of rust Worst of all the bearings are unrepairable Please make the bearings repairable

Dishonesty

Such a bad experience if your machine should be repaired I should repair mine and they were dishonest towards me They said in two days everything will be fine and then after I signed the insurance contract and made sure that they will get my money I received an appointment after 10 days Such a dishonest and unprofessional firm never gonna buy anything from them

One of the worse service

One of the worse service no one knows what he she is talking about After trying to call for so long they said we ll call you back and you hear nothing It was my first and last time in my life I will buy something from there
