I have been trying to contact them for the past 10 days by phone and on their website Have they gone bust Nobody is replying and I still have an open job waiting for an engineer to come back and finish it Really not happy with the service

Useless and now gone bust apparently
Absolutely failed to fix our Whirlpool dish washer got us to pay for special cleaning materials even tho that clearly was not the issue Then wanted us to pay 100 for a new cutlery draw All their phone lines seem to now be dead so imagine this complete waste of space company is now gone FFS

Domestic Appliance Repair
I have been waiting for my Samsung fridge freezer to be repaired for 8 weeks Engineer arrived and proceeded to order the wrong part Could not get the correct parts but I went on line and found them available for next day delivery Repair booked in and no one arrived no phone call Contacted the manager on his mobile phone and he said he would get the office to call me but no call Please please please do not use this company you have been warned

Appalled this company even exists
To summarise this abomination of a company This really is shortened as my house is still damaged Turned up with half the parts needed to fix Floods house with water literally Says they have nothing to help clear up water and then continues to fit part Says will be back to fit other part Leaves mess everywhere Leaves note saying they left clean and tidy Forgot to isolate water so house flooded again Lies to Samsung Worst customer service I have ever come across They are the biggest bunch of liars I have ever had the unfortune of having to deal with Rude arrogant patronising condescending full of lies and false promises They actually told me they would email Samsung on multiple occasions then upon questioning miraculously say they can t send me any copies due to the contract with Samsung If Samsung recommend ask them for another service centre out of the area

Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service a staff member called Georgina totally messed up a job through Samsung that had been booked but she forgot to attach the job number was unapologetic tried to make excuses and then told me I had to go back to Samsung and get it rebooked I made a complaint to the manager Hazel who sent back the most unprofessional email back that i wouldn t expect from a Manager in response to a complaint basically calling me a liar even though I have proof of all emails would never recommend this company and will be sharing my experience on every review platform possible

Poor Service
Initially I was pleased with the service - I booked a repair through Samsung and a few days later an ACL engineer came to my house to fix a faulty brand new microwave However the engineer quickly realised that he needed additional parts to fix the microwave and so left advising that ACL would contact me shortly for a return visit Despite repeated attempts to call them and chasing via Samsung twice I am still waiting for an update 4 weeks later Contacting ACL seems to be impossible - even during the day I get their automated our office is closed at the moment please call back between 9am and 5pm I do note that Samsung are not much better - they simply generate another work order for ACL and tell me I will hear from ACL within 48 hours which does not happen Samsung need to be aware that they are making promises that their service suppliers cannot do not meet

The most incompetent company I ve ever dealt with Becko sent my detail to them - the first engineer wouldn t listen to me was condescending suggesting there wasn t anything wrong other than the filter having something caught in it - surprise surprise there actually was a fault with the machine I wait 2 weeks for them to come back I had to chase after a week with the part and guess what the previous engineer had turned off the water to it but hadn t made a note of that for this second engineer Matthew who was very polite efficient I go to put a wash on an hour later and no water supply to the machine Phone up and Harriet tells me to go back to Becko to log a new call as the job is closed their end She didn t give a toss and couldn t care less And you can bet they would make me wait another week I am disgusted by the complete shoddy and cowboy attitude of this company

Would give a zero but can t This is the first bad review I ve ever written for any company Avoid at all costs Are currently in a dispute with company as they sent an engineer who ended up breaking a pipe in our kitchen and causing a leak We called ACL as soon as we found the fault and they have given us nothing but awful attitude the worst customer service I ve ever experienced sarcasm and and utmost disrespect They are refusing any responsibility and are expecting us to pay the plumber to come fix it and their engineer for his visit Whilst the engineer was here he also broke the machine further and was going to order a part to fix it They are now refusing to do this as well So we now have no washing machine and cannot use our kitchen sink Not once have they uttered the words sorry or accepted any liability for their faults Like I said AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I booked an appointment with this company and the did not attend I have received no notification of cancellation what so ever They took the money and when I tried to contact them I was sent in circles by chat bots phone bots etc for 2 days I am still trying to call them but I keep getting redirected They seem to be avoiding all human contact so I am about to cancel
