Terrible toys that break easily didn t even last a week with my cat

I placed an order

I placed an order The website says orders ship in 24 hours Although I received a tracking number the package had not actually shipped five days later The tracking notice still says only a label was created and their own website says the order has been processed and is getting ready Knowing I could get another similar toy faster I emailed to cancel my order They refused saying it had been shipped even though the shipping information on their own website says it has not actually gone out yet Edited to add I disputed the charge via PayPal with screenshots showing that item has not been dispatched I received a refund only after disputing the charge I really do not like to leave poor reviews but companies should be honest and not say a product has shipped if it has not actually been dispatched
