Absolutely do not order from this
Absolutely do not order from this company They do not care about customer service or satisfaction Ans they re over priced on top of it We order a gift for my brothers wedding on their website it states that ups requires a signature upon delivery No one signed for this package because it was placed in the literal trash It was deliver to the address but placed on top of trash cans By the time my brother got home there was nothing there UPS provided photos of their delivery But I m wondering why they didn t deliver it to a door for a signature My only guess is that whiskey caviar did not pay for that service Anyways upon reaching out to them they offered zero solution as if this was my fault and took zero accountability and just blamed the shipping company Instead of offering a replacement or half replacement half refund or even a full refund They chose to stop responding And and decided to just keep our money We re trying to work with PayPal in recovery but they as well are blaming the shipper Neither is very helpful in resolve the matter I could maybe understand if this was a 50-100 but we re talking 400 that they think they can just run away with And maybe they will but I will keep appealing and reach out to the credit card company that may be more successful Until we recieve a refund I will leave the review of our experience wherever I can We have proof of emails and delivery photos to show proof They seem to be a scam company only interested in taking peoples money because they definitely lied about delivery service and they don t care about customers at all This is not the Way to do business

Never again
I placed an order on a Monday It is now late Thursday and my order still has not shipped and there has been no communication or explanation even after me requesting info from their chatbot yesterday This purchase was a special gift that will now not arrive on time I will never use Whiskey Cavier again for anything

Damaged Product Knowingly Shipped
They shipped me a damaged product so now I have to find an alternative gift Highly disappointing No damaged to shipping box so this means they knowingly shipped something with a crack in the shell holding the bottle Do not order These are some deliberate scammers Trust the others who also left negative reviews of this company Poor service and the products are worse

This company is legit
This company is legit I ordered the Blanton s Value Bundle from them and it was shipped out the very next day and we received it 3 days later This was in December during Christmas when I m sure they were slammed yet it was gift wrapped perfectly with a hand written note Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to all of my friends These bottles have become so hard to find locally so it s worth paying a little more for a legit and caring shipment

One of the best online rare bourbon stores ever
OK I ve been buying bourbon for over 15 years I often get things I can t get locally in NC online These folks are legit Good pricing Easy online ordering The packaging is the best I ve ever seen I m a manufacturing engineer and their method is off the hook I wish I had a way of uploading a photo of my purchase and the way it came in the box if you re looking for that special rare purchase you ve got to go here

Amazing Experience
My order came packed very securely and was delivered very quickly too I forgot to include the free shipping discount code emailed them and they applied it to my order 15 minutes later I was excited to finally get the bourbons that I had been searching for at a reasonable price I ve already placed my second order 10 10
