Exceptional Service Great Product
I ve been a member since May 2021 and had a few postal issues which have been resolved Customer service is exceptionally good In fact it can t be faulted The whisky selection is broad and I would never have been able to sample as many without this service They even run a scheme to recycle the pouches which provides you with a free dram If you like Whisky value customer service and want a great experience I d sign up

My partner signed me up for this and I topped up hoping for two pouches a month This was late June I ve had nothing so far What s worse is that nobody is replying to my polite requests for an update I appreciate these are testing times for a lot of business but 5weeks of nothing in return for my payment is uniquely appalling I ll let you know the outcome

Customer service is non-existent I would rate them a minus if I could they are rude and obnoxious I made several attempts at reaching out to them and when they finally replied they couldn t care less Disgusting Avoid spend your money elsewhere

Incredibly poor service
Incredibly poor service The subscription was sent to the wrong address multiple times The issue was rectified only for the last three whiskey s not to arrive at the address again After alerting the company to my intent NOT to subscribe again I was duly charged for another subscription which required a complaint to reverse Very poor customer service Will not be suing again

If I could leave no stars I would have I received two codes from 2 separate family members for a significant birthday Neither codes worked and although initial contact resulted in a fairly quick response 24hrs When I explained that the link they sent me to was the same as that which I had already tried and the codes still did not work they have since then ignored me completely They have taken payment for both of these vouchers and completely ignored any messages since the first response A disgusting state of affairs as this was not even my money it was money from other members of my family paid to them in good faith Only now after answering a facebook comment have they bothered to try to put things right

If you ve been given a present of 6months membership don t think of it having any long term value like cash I came across mine and opened a subscription and went to check out only to be told my code was not valid Can t find any contact details great disappointment and sorry for whoever spent cash on my gift

Cannot register account
I received a subscription as present from my son Completed the registration form received a confirmation email which I clicked on and then tried to sign in and was rejected as email or password being wrong I tried the forgotten password option but was told they did net recognise my email address in spite of the fact they had just sent me an email to confirm my email address I have tried the registration 3 times repeatedly checking the information but always the same story They do not seem to have a number you can phone so it looks like it will be mails to sort it out forever
