Whistl - from a business perspective

The Whistl team have always strived to learn our business so that they can work with us to build our business All levels are extremely professional and helpful from van drivers to account management to the senior leadership team As with any business relationship there have been times where we have encountered issues but Whistl have always strived to assist us in reaching a resolution It is refreshing to work with a team that is commercially driven but who genuinely seem to care about our business and its success

Excellent Service

Our account manager Victoria and her colleague April were both excellent and very professional always When we encountered an issue at the beginning of our relationship with Whistl they did everything they could to rectify the problem and since then our business relationship with Whistl has been very enjoyable Both Victoria and April are friendly personable and responsive and I would thoroughly recommend them There have been a very limited number of instances where a collection could not take place but we were always notified of this in advance and Their attitude and proactivity was highly valued by our team

Great service

The company I work for have used Whistl for over ten years for mailing our Monthly magazine to around 7500 of our members Always received a great service and my account manager Victoria McAfee is always available should I need any help with mailing

Good but web site tracking could be better

After reading all the poor reviews i was worried about this service But as I was buying through Amazon didn t have a choice I didn t need to have worried it arrived 2 days earlier than expected The tracking web site is I agree fairly poor Doesn t say what sort of time it will arrive and when it did arrive it was delivered by Yodel Go figure I also do not like the lack of ability to change the deliver date also it didn t appear to have a direct link to make enquiries on But it got here in the end although their web site it telling me the driver is on route but it was delivered 3 hours ago

Victoria McAfee has been our account manager for quite a few years She s always contactable and helps with any queries that we may have and keeps us updated of any changes that may be imminent

No issues

Not sure if it is an area thing but I have to say that the two deliveries of plants I have had so far have been great Advised of delivery in advance plants sensitively handled and cheerful delivery team
