WhiteRoad have been fantastic in assitsing me in organisinging a large group Ski Trip 180 persons Any requorement or desire that we have had the WhiteRoad team Finn have been fantastic in assisting with trying to arrange of course not everything is possible and help with As part of setting up the ski trip the team set up a requirements capture session finding what we want and what we don t as part of the trip and the come back with options We must have asked for at least 20 quotes and the team where happy to ablige Though out setting up booking in pages Finn was always there for any questions or assistance needed Could not recommend WhiteRoad enough

Corporate Trip to VT

We had the pleasure of working with Whiteroad for our first-ever corporate Techski week in Val Thorens and I can t praise their team enough Finn and Ollie along with the entire Whiteroad crew were absolutely fantastic in facilitating all of our needs Their passion attention to detail and genuine willingness to go above and beyond ensured everything ran smoothly and exceeded our expectations Thanks to Finn and Ollie s dedication we ve now doubled in size for our second trip to Tignes Their commitment to making things seamless was a key factor in this growth The team at Whiteroad is incredibly knowledgeable easy to work with and always available to assist no matter the request Their customer service is top-notch and their reps in the resort really packed a punch handling everything with good energy professionalism and care We re thrilled to continue working with Whiteroad and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional corporate ski experience We are just getting started with many more seasons to come Big up our account manager Finn

The WhiteRoad team have helped several of my network organise corporate or colleague trips - it s been really easy for the group leader to find out the options expand maybe what they were originally thinking and get booked up so they can start promoting The team are professional and 5 star at what they do in terms of service knowledge and effort Bring on the season For transparency I work with the guys at Whiteroad but regardless the personal recommendation 100 still remains

Great experience setting up a large group trip

I ve had a great experience working with Finn and the Whiteroad team to set up a large group trip for 2025 Finn and Ollie have both been really helpful and responsive to all my questions Our trip includes a few additional social elements and Finn has been great at finding ways to ensure everyone is integrated into the social side of the week I ve really appreciated how quick the team have been to respond to my questions and also their flexibility and brilliant customer service

What an awesome team

The team at Whiteroad are superb They continue to support us in the curation and delivery of a 650 delegate ski trip for the Property Industry Consistent communication over the year and whenever required to ensure no stone is unturned followed by excellent attention to detail when in resort Can t sing their praises enough Nothing is too much hassle Their skill and knowledge is invaluable

Takes the stress out of travelling with a big group

I ve been on a few trips to France with groups of 15 people and the team here have never let me down Always nice to deal with professionals who make you feel special even if you are chopping and changing dates and group size up to the last second Patient flexible and excellent communication
