I bought a game from them that included a dlc When I redeemed the code on steam the dlc was not there despite having asked several times in their chat if it was included and I had been confirmed of its presence I contacted them later to have the dlc or at least a partial refund but not accepted They offered me two discount codes as a refund that are easily found online Unserious Service I don t recommend to buy on their site

Bought a key for an older game The Evil Within Waited for the key to arrive but nothing so closed the window and forgot about it for a couple of days Went back today to ask where the key was and the agent disappeared for three hours I asked again and was told it s out of stock despite it still being on sale in the store Had to ask for a refund which I was told would take some days and then they just stopped talking to me again Not professional
