Money taker scammers I will not order anything else from a foreign country no more I order a pair of shoes about two weeks ago when I checked the status shipping update its say I haven t placed a order on it but they took my money off my card get a real job you low life bum

Issue not resolved shoddy goods Goods promised for Xmas ordered nov didn t arrive till mid Jan Numerous emails wholee refuse to return payment to credit card that purchased them CUSTOMER SERVICES SO BAD AND WASTE OF TIME Insisting I set up PayPal account which I will not do having previously been hacked on PayPal At least 12 emails each time offering money for a gift card to use in their shop which I never want to have anything to do with or set up PayPal Beyond ridiculous and disgusting Will send goods back then set up credit card dispute No other option but complete waste of time energy and money If you do use this company which I never would again keep all emails as you are highly likely to end up in a credit card dispute The goods as well as late were such poor quality you wouldn t give them to a charity shop Black and red top with white bleach dye marks Xmas top with arms twice the length of body and poor print and material DONT USE THIS COMPANY

If there was a zero star rating that what I would choose The items received are of unbelievable poor and cheap quality In addition their size is way off the chart and I think they just pick the random stuff without looking at the size you ordered The return process is so bad that its not even worth trying there is no person customer service to talk to the online customer service so called customer query use the cookie cutter sentences that they are sorry to hear about the issue They gave me the return address CAGRS in Richmond BC where my return parcel was refused I ve ended up paying for sending the parcel there and again for the returned The phone number for the return CAGRS they provided is not in service Absolutely insane Now the customer query file is closed NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

After numerous emails back and forth Wholee have still not resolved my issue I have checked my spam in both my email addresses I would advise you all to shop elsewhere you will never receive your goods

It seems this is the only way I can get a response from you unfortunately I have not heard a single response from you about my parcel that got sent to the-wrong address just put my money back in to my account I have sent the parcel number I will not send email address for public to see as I get enough email scams you work it out just give my money back this has been going on way to long ridiculous
