Ordered for sweets for school Christmas party on 6th November and still not received them on 10th December Made repeated emails to chase the order with no response Phone line permanently engaged Asked for a refund and still had no response

I am only giving 1 star because 0 wasn t an option Ordered on 30th October Received notification from Evri to say they were waiting to receive it on 4th November then nothing No response from any emails so please save your money and shop somewhere else

Express delivery Lies

Horrendous company to deal with I ordered on Wednesday September 4th and paid 9 99 for express delivery 1-2 days Was told the order would be being posted the Thursday Chased the company on Friday as no dispatch email Got a reply on Monday 9th saying I can confirm this order has been collected from us and will be delivered to you either tomorrow or wednesday Finally delivered on the 11th a whole week after ordering by Evri Not exactly the express courier I expected I asked for a refund of the shipping charge which I was told would be processed still waiting Do not order if you are in a hurry or at all judging by previous reviews on here

Order never received

Ordered sweets on 20 11 24 and on 22 11 24 received an email that said they had been shipped On clicking the tracking link for Evri it has remained as we re expecting your parvel ever since I emailed them and received a generic response NOTE OUR LOCAL EVRI DEPOT IS SUFFERING DELAYS IF YOUR ORDER IS SHOWING AWAITING COLLECTION EVRI HAVE YOUR PARCEL AND ARE WORKING THROUGH THE BACKLOG PLEASE ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 48-72 HOURS TO PROCESS On 06 12 24 i received this email We recently migrated to a new website and as a result we suffered a data loss of significance unfortunately this order was caught in this data loss Therefore as we cannot access the data for your order your order has been refunded in full Still no refund has been received and if they cannot access the order details how can they issue a refund Will be putting a claim in with the bank

Ordered from these before and all items arrived but this time 2 weeks and nothing No response to emails status from Evri saying expecting your order and reading reviews this is clearly a on going thing with these scammers People avoid going through the bank now to sort a refund of over 130 worth of items

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered with express delivery option on 19 11 24 and have yet to receive the goods I emailed and got no response the order was for a school fete event and was placed using the charity s money I have tried to call and requested a refund but no communication at all Just a terrible company to deal with i hope they enjoy defrauding children and charities

DON T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY

Order placed for the unicorn sweets from Sweden I should have known better Order originally cancelled due to an issue with stripe payments but then reinstated Later that day order was picked Packed shipped and collected by Evri but tracking could take 5 days to update as they re busy at the local depot Nothing updated nothing arrived Eventually received an email stating my order data had been lost whilst migrating websites not sure where the physical order is though as its been shipped and that a full refund has been issued 5 days on from the email and still no refund Both my bank and Trading Standards are now looking into this Company i m still hopeful that i ll get my money back but i m not holding my breath The sweets that nobody in the country can get are still being advertised as available to purchase AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company I paid 109 for my order and didn t receive my delivery I sent an email asking when my order would be delivered the reply I had was my order was not going to be delivered due to data issues I was told that I would be having I full refund that was processed on December the 5th I m still waiting for the refund And have had no response to the emails I have sent them
