From the first phone call I made
From the first phone call I made I was treated as a human being everything was explained to me over the phone and when it was installed the lads were polite respectful and explained everything in great detail and they didn t leave till it was all working and I understood it all being older generation its not so easy to grasp things straight away Thank you

I was recently with sky broadband and tv Both the TV service and broadband were dismal Broadband was slow and intermittent throughout the house telly was hopeless Broadband with wightfibre has been a vast improvement - quick and reliable I am very happy

Very efficient service

Faster and cheaper than the alternatives
So far so good had it around a month much faster and cheaper than what i was paying BT Customer service has been great too you get to talk to someone quickly and they are able to help would recommend based on what i ve experienced

WIGHTFIBRE ARE EXCELLENT
I really like and appreciate the fact that WightFibre are totally island based Their customer service is excellent I had Wightfibre for about 10 years before we moved Unfortunately it wasn t immediately available in our new home but going on previous experience I waited until I could become a customer I am not disappointed and glad to be back with a company who cares

The 2 young men who fitted the cables
The 2 young men who fitted the cables inside and out where very helpful Tidy and polite So that started off very good I have had no trouble with the internet since I have had WightFibre put in I would recommend WightFibre to my friends I recommended it to my next door neighbor and she has had it fitted She also thinks its great Thank You
