I ve had trouble sleeping since being diagnosed with thyroid cancer thing s constantly play on your mind and I was finding I was waking mealy every morning around 2am I started taking the magnesium and found they worked very quickly it s difficult to say if I ve got more energy as I have hypothyroidism and have recently had a medication increase however I am certainly sleep better since starting these Get an email to say the next subscription date is coming up and so far has been delivered on time very pleased so far
