I recently bought a property on William Davis Lime Gardens Development and I have to say I am extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and style of my new home As with any new house there has been a few teething problems but these have been dealt with quickly professionally and efficiently by the site manager and his team and I thank you for this The sales consultant Jules although not with me through the whole process of my purchase I cannot praise her highly enough on her politeness professionalism and support I also want to thank the whole of the William Davis family for the unwavering support in a very long and drawn out journey getting me into the home of my dreams Thank you all

Wellington place Market Harborough From the moment we moved in 2 years ago the whole team have been fantastic Customer services are very friendly and make sure all is in order when we first moved in and having the site manager around he was always around if you needed anything fixed urgently The workmen that come out to fix anything are also very professional and tell you what is going on start to finish I would definitely recommend buying a house from William Davis

I purchased my property from the Wellington Place development in Market Harborough and I can t fault them at all From start to finish Suzy and Tracey were helpful and efficient in dealing with any questions I had Very friendly and easy to deal with I was always kept in the loop and not left guessing what stage the house build was at I ve recently moved into the property and I m delighted with it I would definitely recommend going with William Davis

This being my first property in UK I am so happy to have bought house with William Davis The whole process from start to end was very smooth Bev has been very helpful in making this happen I had to move in early as my contract was about to end at the current rented house Bev has accepted my request and made it possible for early move in I would definitely recommend William Davis

Great customer service show home experience

Visited their site called Lace Fields in Ruddington Nottingham and had such a great experience with their sales advisors Really knowledgeable and the show homes were so beautiful and such high quality Got lots of information on the 4-bedroom homes we re looking for and can t wait for the next steps of selecting our plot next year when they re released
