I placed an online order with Williams Electrical last Tuesday for an oil filled radiator and a fan heater Both items were delivered to me an hour later Excellent customer service Prior to contacting Williams Electrical I d tried to order similar items online from large companies but their estimated delivery dates were 3-5 days My experience shows that it s far better to shop locally

The delivery was on time and the team were friendly and professional They removed my old washer unpacked the new one in their van and plumbed it in They ran a short programme to check for leaks and that the machine worked properly They didn t leave any mess behind

I bought the dryer on Sunday and it was installed by the Wednesday and the men who brought it happily moved a bookcase so it could be carried into the kitchen Would certainly use Williams Electrical again
