I have two pensions with this company

I have two pensions with this company to move one pension to my financial advisor it took 4 months You raise a complaint they ignore it This company in my opinion should not be operating they are poor at best

How are these people still in business

What went wrong Where to start utter shambles Have zero choice to use as its my own and my husband s workplace pension Totally exasperating frustrating how can they be trusted to run multi million pound schemes with such incompetent service

Shocking incompetence

I cannot even begin to tell you how stressful my experience with this organisation has been What should have been a simple lump sum drawdown has been a complete nightmare Incorrect email addresses used days and days to process forms and each time you are told this is the very last form you need to complete another one is outstanding that was not outstanding the previous time you chased Jumping through hoops doesn t even come close Horrible experience

Should not be allowed to handle pensions

Why Network Rail decided to let these people handle such a large pension fund is beyond me I sent all the paperwork through in April informing them I was retiring on the 30th August Network Rail sent my final pension deductions through a week ago and daily phone calls give me a different story everyday

No response to pension request

I contacted this company on 23rd August to get a retirement quotation for a pension they are managing for an ex-employer Citi They have not responded to any subsequent phone call requests or emails I have sent Next step will be Pension Ombudsman

Appalling company

I was trying to change an address on my existing pension The only response I get is they don t have the pension anymore When I asked for evidence of where it was transferred to they say that s not their problem Made an official complaint by post they signed for it but ignore it They shouldn t be allowed to manage pensions absolutely appalling

I wasn t going to waste anymore time

I wasn t going to waste anymore time with this company but after they sent me a letter that really illustrated their lack of accountability responsibility or even care for their customers I thought it would be worth adding to the tally If I could give zero i would In short after 6 months of chasing down a routine pension transfer i received a letter that completely missed the point failed to address the issues and even had the audacity to lay some of the blame elsewhere Abysmal experience

WtW - internal barriers to releasing my pension

I ve just made contact with WtW to release my 25 cash free lump sum - only to be told the Scheme is currently updating its retirement factors and whilst updating it is not possible to provide quotations or release my pension In short - I cannot have my pension - which i actually could have drawn down 7 years ago but thought i d leave it in the competent hands of WtW How very wrong I was I can do nothing but wait until they ve finished their internal works - how ludicrous lots lots of negative experiences here - no wonder their comms are not monitored or responded to Pensioners beware Where is our support
