I d highly recommend Willows Finance to anyone the friendly service professionalism speed and personal experience I ve had really is second to none I was in a tricky situation they took the reins and found me a great deal With regular updates throughout the process I knew exactly how things were going and where I stood The whole team were truly fantastic and I can t thank them enough for making everything so easy and simple

Willows Finance have been absolutely outstanding When I thought that no one could help me they took the time to listen to my individual circumstances match me with a lender that could help and show compassion at every turn Jeff was simply amazing He relentlessly pushed to achieve the outcome that I needed to get my finances back on track and he communicated everything to me at all times Willows Finance have without exaggeration changed my life and I will be forever grateful

Jamie was amazing responded within minutes over email Even replied late in the evening Everything was simple and all done over email online so nothing had to be sent in the post making the application so quick and stream line application took 2 3weeks and from offer to signing and completion was the same day yesterday Now awaiting funds today Thank you guys for everything

I cant thank Marie and Jamie enough for finding me a mortgage in these differcult times that will enable me to pay it off before I retire Marie and Jamie you always kept me up to date and explained everything clearly and despite having a low credit rating you never made me feel bad about that and that really means alot because i felt i could trust you I would reccomend Willow in a heartbeat

Couldn t not recommend these guys enough They were so helpful from the start to the end My personal circumstances were really considered Jeff was really helpful The customer service was 10 10 prompt responses and a really pleasant experience overall I spoke with a few members from the team at some point They all were very accommodating and friendly Thanks Jeff and the team at willows finance
