Don t waste your money on bait they charge 24 hour postage yet 4 5 days for bait that s dead
Order maggots on a Thursday afternoon paid the 24 hour delivery charge trancking number stated is was in transit and will be delivered on the sat waited in all day no sign of maggots Sundays comes still nothing Monday morning 750am maggots get delivered then get a text to say the will be delivered between 1 and 3 pmAnyway wow what a smell even before opening the box once opened you could see all bags of bait where dead once silly worms made contact I was told they don t give 100 that it s 24 hour delivery yet advised it and charge you for it then told it s my fault for ordering on a Thursday and expecting them in24 hours and that I should leave the maggots out to re alive no luv they are dead even if I took them to a nd e I don t think there s much that can be done anyway to save yourself stress and disappointment order on a Monday and you may get your bait by Friday dead or alive they don t care

Right where to start ordered items and gave myself a week so the items would come in time for my fishing trip i had the day off work and they didn t arrive so they said it will come tomorrow had another day off items still didn t arrive on the 3rd day the day I d already left for a fishing trip and bought the items from a local tackle shop they arrived I contacted them and they pkajn ignored me worst customer care ever they take your money then ignore you great not

Diabolical lobs
very disappointed with regard to the lob worm quality I ordered 100 lobs when I received them the lobs were either dying or dead 2 days later most had to be disposed of the delivery was good but the lobs were dreadful

Order placed for bait and bit of tackle nothing has arrived the courier Royal Mail tracked service cannot be accessed Willy Worms have been useless in offering any customer support or service to the length of IGNORING my Emails Never use them again almost 40 Out of pocket

Wrong information on website
My order arrive quickly a side tray for my chair Unfortunately the wrong information was on there website and it didn t fit on my chair Phoned them several times only to be told by a lady she couldn t help me but would get someone to call me back to sort the problem 3 days later after phoning again still no call back I asked to return the item I ve still had no response from Willy WormsI will not be using them again

Order at your peril
Ordered goods Tuesday for delivery Thursday plenty of time for express delivery 24 hrs no sign of goods Wednesday phoned willy worms and was informed of the power cut and this has affected many deliveries I inquired about a phone call or email to say there s a problem Delivery was then promised for Thursday phoned willy worms today Thursday no delivery and the excuse was APC have lost my order surly the couriers have some sort of communication with the supplier ll shocking shocking customer experience I have spent Hundreds of pounds with this company and they can t phone or email when a situation arises I was offered a refund and have excepted in my opinion I would never recommend dealing with willy worms This was my last ever order and now seek a new supplier who can deliver on promises By By willy worms you had many many chances and this week was the last one

I would liked to have give a thumbs up
I would liked to have give a thumbs up at my first order here but the pinkies was full of old dead skins Had to throw away and one caster bag was split and they had turned too dark to use floaters not good for a first order tbf I mailed CS as requested Amanda offered me a reorder i had already gone elsewhere for bait and don t need more of the same NO refund offered though 20 down the drain I don t think i will use again

The worst company i have ever had the
The worst company i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with Wrong information on the website It said 30mm legs came with 25mm legs One leg has a missing top cap They said they would send replacement legs but very little communication until i wrote a review some 5 weeks later and all of a sudden the new legs arrived I will never again buy from trust what they say or recommend this firm to anyone

went on website and placed order for seatbox and paid in full early in the morning only to get a email 5 mins after shop shut saying out of stock totally unacceptable how a business can take payment send out email thanking for the order then say out of stock have to wait upto 14 days for a refund to show back on card no good what so ever when I was ment to be going fishing in 5 days Totally wasted and ruined what was ment to be a good days fishing cant go now as have sold me old seatbox and attachments poor service avoid

Order SHOPIFY270295 October 27 2024 and Order SHOPIFY273177 November 13 2024Two orders and they failed to deliver in their time scale I ordered in plenty of time and according to their website On a wednesday for a Friday delivery before 1pm and on a Sunday for a Wednesday use Both failed to deliver as published and cost 5 99 for failed delivery time I tried contacting them to ensure they were being delivered not pick up Sent e-mail regarding my concerns and no reply They obviously don t appreciate customers so they have their wish I will no longer buy from willy worms as there a re numerous outlets that do value their customers and do what they say on their tin If the two pints of maggots fail to turn up by Friday 15th November I will be using paypal to get my money back due to a frustrated contract because they failed to deliver I will get my money back and I will no longer use your tripe company to supply me with live bait Please go bust as your pathetic
