After a general search for a specific car which i found at Wilson Co Grimsby i decided to reserve the car and do the 130 mile round trip to have a look at it The car was well presented and i was happy with the part exchange offered The car was delivered free at the date and time specified Charlie Snell sorted it all out for me professional but not pushy a breath of fresh air to have someone listen to what the customer wants a great asset to the company

We had a very complex fault on our vehicle various faults logged by the ECU that occurred shortly before the Vauxhall Lifetime warranty expired Also hampered by the general issue of spares availability I want to call out Adam Russell at the Bolton branch for his support and understanding during a lengthy period to resolve all issues with our vehicle Very professional customer service and highly recommended
