Worst company I ve ever bought from

Bought an item through eBay that came in 3 packages 1 package was wrong I sent the wrong package back using the returns label they provided They would not send the correct parts until the wrong package was received by them They confirmed receipt of the returned item and said the correct package was on its way It has been 10 days now and nothing received the package I send back only took 4 days to get back to them It is now one month after I purchased the item and it is still unusable despite costing 200 Communication is poor and inconsistent I get the impression they are stalling until their 14 day refund policy runs out as my request for tracking info has been ignored Edit After writing this review I received an email to say that they were out of stock of the missing parts despite already saying that they posted them They asked if I would like to wait until 20 9 20 2 months when they would PROBABLY have them back in stock or send the parts I have got back in exchange for a credit note Do not buy from this company

I have just purchased a dog grooming

I have just purchased a dog grooming table through Mano Mano which is made by Wiltec Wildanger I wish to return as the item is NOT safe for a dog to stand on I have been informed I can send the items back came in 2 parcels very heavy but to my cost not a problem most companies do this but to GERMANY That is going to cost me a fortune No where on the Mano Mano site does it say if you wish to return an item then you at your cost send it back to which ever country made it There is also NO returns form inside any of the boxes This should NOT be allowed and trading standards should be aware of this

Awful customer service

Awful customer service I haven t even received the product yet I ordered a pond pump filter 02 09 2022 which was out of stock but despatch confirmed 05 10 2022 This date passes so I contact Wiltec 11 10 22 to be told it wasn t despatched because they hadn t received payment Several screenshots later of the PayPal transaction they acknowledge receipt but item is out of stock until 05 11 2022 Not happy with that but the blanket refusal to acknowledge they are in the wrong so much so have tried to make out that I have made a mistake with regards to delivery times is exasperating Apparently the order confirmation means nothing as it s standard phrases They can t confirm when or even if I will receive the order in the next alleged availability and there is not even a whiff of an apology The price of this item was good but that means nothing if I haven t actually got it

Very bad product company

Very bad product company I bought a hammer demolition is currently 13 months old i use 3 times dont work no warranty replecement part dont have just 150 rubbish

Bad quality parts

I bought 2 panel heaters from here both were faulty and cracked I was sent replacements and one of the replacements was also cracked They have refused my request of a return on the second cracked heater as I m outside 30 days Very bad quality products I do not recommended It has been very expensive and inconvenient experience with only one useable heater out of 4

AVOID WILTECHad to open a dispute with paypal after various emails and multiple calls Customer support a lovely lady named Ekaterina kept shouting at me and hanging up the phone I have quail eggs that will not make it because the item I bought didn t arrive in time because this woman refuses to do the job she gets paid to do

Terrible service - macerator

Terrible service Purchase a Macerator which worked for a short period of time Pressure switch failed motor blew Had to purchase another Maceratory pressure switch failed again within weeks Sent a new pressure switch which failed again Company would not given refund Terrible service Terrible product Please DO NOT use

Avoid this company

Avoid this company Pondfilter ok but leaks water here and there due to poor construction with lots of parts Pump worked 2 years and a few weeks then it broke down Guarantee 2 years and Wiltec only answers Guarantee has expired and can not help me at all No discount on new one nothing at all Will never buy anything again
