I don t even think they deserve 1star I came back after my holiday abroad in the early hours of a Sunday morning to find I couldn t get into my home as the key would not turn in the lock I tried many times but the door would not open I wasn t alone I had my two young grandchildren with me I eventually had to call a locksmith out and he had to put a new lock in he told me the lock that was provided by Windows plus was a cheap lock and I could have been broken into very easily by any burglars that knew what they were doing The lock was not to British Standards The cost of this call out was 210 in all I went to the company on the Monday and explained what had happened and they refused to refund my call out charge they said that in their terms and conditions they will not pay for any out of hour s charges even though I had only had the door fitted 8 weeks prior the locksmith said it wasn t fit for purpose I paid nearly 3000 for the door and they put a cheap lock on it to my horror The person I spoke to was not apologetic in any way and just kept repeating that they do not pay for out of hours call outs charges although my door is still under guarantee I did say what else could I have done other than sit outside my home until Monday to get someone from their company to come out I wouldn t expect them to reimburse me if it was out of guarantee but 8 weeks I also had bi-folds fitted so all in all I paid this company over 8000 and this is the way I was treated I would never recommend this company and ask everyone to read the terms and conditions also check the lock they will be fitting so it s not the cheap lock they seam to think is fine I will be getting in touch with trading standards

Service after fitting your windows is vital
They are really good when it comes to fitting but after service isn t so good I ve had to have the SAME window replaced 3 times and now it s the 4th time within 5 years don t have the confidence they re fitting it right coz why would the same window keep needing to be changed Now they say I m out of warrenty as the small print states if you don t service them in the 1st 5 years your 25 years guarantee isn t honoured Wonder if they told you that at the offset because they didn t state that to me originally

They replaced old window with new double glazed Looks lovely but sound of road passers by sooooo much louder than one they took out sounds like no window in at all Absolutely gutted Definitely not up to regular double glazed standards Don t know if window or their fitting but wouldn t return as a customer shame as friendly service

AVOID if you value a company with
AVOID if you value a company with integrity and honesty We ordered a new front door and it was delivered LOCKED into its frame WITHOUT a key The hardware provided was incorrect and the screws were all of different sizes which meant they went straight through to the other side of the door The trims were provided in the wrong colour and the initial delivery was also incorrect meaning the driver had to return the next day All of that is frustrating enough given my carpenter bill was double and I had to go and buy a new lock barrel as my carpenter had to drill through the lock to replace it so we could actually unlock the door However the customer service is the bit that has been the absolute worst They have gaslit me ignored me and blocked my email address when I have asked for my complaint to be escalated to the MD Luckily I had another email address to send my final letter to although still no reply I am having to go through small claims to get the matter addressed They said it was my fault for getting the worl done on a Saturday They also presumably in defence of their position sent me a picture of a random door ie not mine as proof that the key was delivered I am not quite sure how they think that resolved the matter I have tried to resolve this without public recourse but unfortunately they have been unwilling to address the issues They are a total sham rude unprofessional and I would urge you not to waste your money My carpenter said I was one of a number of his customers who had received similar poor quality service I just wish I had known this before wasting my money Just as a footnote Denise Steptoe and Gary Hampton who have left reviews below are the admin person and the MD respectively I think it says a lot when a company is leaving dishonourable reviews without any transparency
