In contrast to some of these reviews I have NEVER had anything but perfect service from wine com I have been ordering from them for a couple of years now and I ve never ever received an incorrect order and I buy A LOT of wine Their club thing where you pay an annual fee and then get free shipping for a year is a GREAT deal It s especially good considering that their prices are better than the brick and mortar at least in PA and you can almost always find a coupon code to use My only wish is that they would sell more rare old collectible wines usually have to look elsewhere for that

I followed the advice of another 5 star review

My order has been delayed for almost 2 weeks so I looked up reviews to see if anyone else was having the same problem I followed the advice of another 5 star review by using the chat feature on the app I tried the website chat a few days ago but as others have experienced the queue was too long so I gave up The app chat answered immediately They explained the delay in my order was due to their upgrade glitch so they canceled and I will reorder Plus they are adding a credit to my account Prior orders have been delivered no problem so I knew it had to be something weird Very happy with customer service chat agent George

VERY SATISFIED

My thoughts were the same as Sandy after reading all the poor reviews The problem though I HAD ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER I kept my fingers crossed and though ok if they screw me I will take my business elsewhere I ordered six bottles all came in PRISTINE condition and looked like they were straight out of the wineries even though several were ten plus years old Professionally packaged box took a shot in transit but everything safe inside WINE COM YOU GUYS FLAT OUT ROCK Oh and it showed up a day earlier than second day even told me Now what am I gonna order next

I have no idea who these reviewers are that give Wine com and one star rating I joined their Stewardship program and now like Amazon Prime all my wine ships for free Add in their liquor store competitive prices great selection and pick your own delivery date and wine com is a winner I buy 95 of my wine from them They have international rated old vintage wines at 20- 100 Per bottle to Chardonnay costing 8 per bottle On line live help from wine experts is great You can sort by price grape type country of origin and year - a wonderful tool Also ship it for free to your local drug store

I had read several of the reviews but thought I would take a chance It was my sisters 65 b day in a few days and her husband had just gone in hospice I knew she needed something more than flowers The order was placed on a Wed for the following Friday My brother in law passed that Thursday The wine arrived on Friday as promised She was in much need as at this time we are not able to be with her So 5 stars guys Thank you so much as the text I got she laughed when I said I wanted to send roses but the flowers just didn t seem to say what I wanted I sent the rose trio Thanks again for being there when I couldn t

Ok everyone that gave them a bad review might just might be overacting So I too thought omg they said October 4th when that came and went I was well miffed It did get some doing but I did get people who again stated a date and that too went past BUTWe got the package today 10 days later for a great price apology coupons and does anyone really need liquor that quickly We all see a pending charge and overreact like it s been put through They didn t charge until it shipped Bottom line It took 10 days extra pre pandemic I d be losing my mind But why Everyone should slow down and support any business giving good prices and trying to do their best Their only failing is estimating the delivery time too early

Great gift baskets

Overall wine com is a decent merchant I ordered several great gift baskets from them for the holidays that were instant hits at the party s we brought them to Shipping is more than timely as are the quality of their product

I have changed my previous rating and review because wine com not only fixed the problem and got my order delivered but also followed up with a generous gift

This is my first time ever ordering from wine com and honestly I was hesitant reading all the bad reviews I decided to order since the price was in my range and during this pandemic I wanted to stock up I was scared that all the positive reviews were from employees I can assure you that I am NOT an employee I ordered this Wednesday 20 bottles of Malbec and guess what to my surprise I received 20 bottles of malbec on Thursday The website said that I would receive the order in two days and it came in ONE All 20 bottles were there and they were all the label I asked for Since this was my first time I have nothing to compare this to but right now 5 stars The delivery person stayed far from my door and did not request that I sign anything clearly due to my gray hairs since social distancing I highly recommend The only reason I wouldn t recommend is that I don t want them to get so busy that would delay my next order -
