Ordered wine Arrived promptly and what I ordered

No delivery No answer No reimbursement

I should have read the comments below first Unfortunately same experience I ordered 12 bottles of a nice Espumante ros tasted during my holidays in Portugal and I have no delivery no answer and of course no reimbursement Please do not do the same mistake After 3 months no delivery But finally reimbursed after coming back many many times very disappointing not having my Espumante

THEY DO NO SHIP ORDERS - TERRIBLE CRIMINAL

They do not ship orders I have been trying to contact Wine House Portugal since August relating to an order made and they won t answer e-mails or reply to calls I feel 6 weeks is more than enough time even with Coronavirus delays This is criminal and they are holding currently not refunding my money

Not trustable company

Be carefull with them I have ordered 2 times 6 bottles of wine since 2 month and not received anything yet At first they were pretending that they were out of stock and now they simply don t answer messages anymore If you have experienced the same issue with them do like I did and open an official complain to the European consummer centres network

No delivery and no answers

I have ordered now 2 month ago 6 bottles of Vintage Port I was confirmed upfront via chat it is the specific vintage not an error My order was immediately confirmed and money accepted Since then silence My e-mails and chat attempts go unanswered Delays can happen but no information at all In my opinion unacceptable

Do not order from this company It is a con

Have sent numerous emails about an order placed on the 27th October No replies no shipment nothing Totally useless company Will leave it 2 more days and then will start the process of reclaiming the money via PayPal Would advise against ordering anything from them at all

Paid for wine and did not receive it

I ordered 700 wine ESIHXXNMN on 09th June 2023 and paid 57 for 2-5 days shipping to Vilamoura On 16th June it had not arrived and we were travelling back to Ireland so I requested to hold the shipment until 30th June when we return to Portugal On 23rd June I provided an alternative delivery address and asked for delivery asap There has been no delivery Winehouse Portugal will not respond to messages or emails and will not answer the phone Winehouse Portugal please send the wine or refund our money Sinead Vilamoura
