Ordered in July 2022 Unfortunately paid by bank transfer so no credit card cover Nothing received intermittent comms by email promising either a refund or imminent delivery neither of which has ever materialised Found company address in Bristol on Companies House database and have initiated a claim through the Small Claims Court Reported to Trading Standards

Absolutely terrible communications

Absolutely terrible communications weeks between replies and item only partially shipped from Australia It has been a month since order and no delivery or resolution yet Strong recommend not buying from them and buy locally instead or from another provider I regret giving them a chance

EXPOSED FOR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

This inept company had an expos done on them on Australian TV by A Current Affair 26 September 2023 for fraudulent activity Several fake accounts have been created in response to the program all giving 5 star reviews on various review platforms Apart from Australia the UK the fraudster Matthew Childs is also ripping people off in the NZ according to review websites media The only place giving overwhelming positive reviews is the USA Looks like this dishonest inept conman is focusing on the market there while fleecing everybody else

Please do not buy from here This company is just one big scam I paid 1031 96 for four wine racks that never arrived and I have received no communication since the first email confirming that my order was being dispatched and that they would get back to me with a tracking number I am now launching an official investigation with the fraud bureau in the UK to get this company shut down once and for all Horrific

We ordered various wine racks in February 2022 the order was confirmed but continuously delayed and we had to chase every update I repeatedly asked for a refund but was refused as our items were supposedly on their way We last heard from them promising an update a few days later in August 2022 Over a year after ordering they have totally ghosted us not delivered our items and have stolen our money Do not use this company
