I would like to mention that Winmau and darts com has sent me an email that they are going to replace the defective board at no charge It s nice to know that they are standing behind there products and reputations Thank you Winmau and Darts comHave had the board since April 2024 The bull has slowly become loose on the surface and hard below the surface The board does not get everyday use I play with about 8 guys every other Tuesday for two hours Other than that that it s used for practice and occasional games with my neighbor It s now November and am experiencing very frequent bounce outs of the bull In fact last Tuesday there were at least 10 bull bounce outs I have been playing darts for 30 years and have shot on many Winmau boards and never experienced excessive amount of bounce outs like this board and they were older boards Winmau did not want to address the issue and said I needed to contact the retailer Darts com said it only warrants it for 30 days They did say they would contact there representative but still have not heard from anyone I can not believe that Winmau will do nothing about a defective 100 dartboard that s only 7 months old Needless to say I would not recommend buying this board or any products from Winmau and also be careful to find out about seller darts com unrealistic 30 day warranty

Parts missing from the box chalk and duster company didn t wanna know not interested sent email beginning of January It took today to actually get hold of them and that was with a phone call very poor service
