Extremely bad experience as a business costumer Auftrag 513165-1
On December 27th 2016 I placed an order for 100 plastic cards with bar codes including the data check by an expert The initial estimated delivery date was middle of January 2017 On the 16th of January I received an email informing that the Excel file I sent was not good and telling me to delete the empty columns I did it and sent the new file requesting a feedback it it was good at this time On the 19th of January I received again the same email I phoned the Swiss number and they told me to resend the file what I immediately did After this event the new delivery date was 1st of February 2017 For my surprise on the expected delivery date I didn t receive the cards After checking my order I noticed the delivery date had been extended to the 17th of February Again I called the Swiss number and nobody could give me a reasonable explanation Two days ago I received again the email saying my Excel file was wrong I wrote an email got an answer sent again the file and asked for a feedback what was never given Today I called again and was told to delete the spaces between the numbers in the Excel file I did it sent the file and guess what Not a simple feedback and instead again the email saying the file was wrong Honestly I don t know what else to do My company is loosing money because of the awful costumer care All emails are sent by them without a name on it and the only contact is a generic info At the moment I paid for the specialist check I really expected that my data would be checked and at lest I would be told what and how to correct it I have never had such a bad experience and I m ready to loose my money and buy the cards somewhere else This situation is ridiculous and totally unacceptable I ll never buy anything again from this company nor will recommend to anybody

Don t deliver on the announced date
This is my 12th order So far most orders worked out somehow The quality was good and the customer service always nice However this time they screwed it up big time - I ordered 250 cotton bags with double sided printing- Whilst it was a pro agency preparing the files it took 4 days back and forth to get the printing document right - every time we changed it and uploaded it something different came up Well this can happen ok - of course the final delivery date was later - that is ok but on the new delivery date nothing was delivered - when I called they told me the same standard sentence - that due to global turmoil they have difficulties getting the bags delivered - but for sure next week we will get the bags - 1 week later plus a few days as nothing happened - I call again This time I get an email telling me that I will take another 4-5 weeks - but for sure in July we will get bags - If you go today on the website to order the same bags - the website tells you that you will get them delivered in 1 week Nothing about a delay or out of stocks Of course anyone ordering the bags will face the same results no delivered bags for the next 4-5 weeks Hence whilst they know they cannot produce and deliver on time they still pretend to do so In other words you cannot rely on the promised delivery dates the system tells you It is systematically wrong to persuade you to order now as they know - you will stick to the order and - will not refund you if you want to cancel the order see other posts What is a delivery date worth it is not reliable If the company knows that they cannot deliver and still pretend to do so Be aware that you will never get notified if they cannot deliver you have to see yourself and ask and call to get eventually an incorrect answer It is a shame they do great stuff but transparency honesty are key I am now in dilemma that I have printing documents ready that fit one of their product that I wanted to order for a client - but it takes time and costs money to change for a different supplier but do I really want to order again and gamble

Unreable Unprofessional
Ordered in December around 500 business card I paid the extra delivery fee for shipment in Switzerland The card were planned for a live event with a determined date The order was made 14 November 2023 and the event the end pf second week of December When booked and paid the platform said they should have delivered by end of November so should have been plenty time The 2 of December there was still no news Then I wrote an email and with my great surprised they had forgot thy wrote me they will delivery that day That seems a joke but unfortunately the leaflet did not arrived in time for the business event unreliable Unprofessional P S in the response you mention 2018 Where I did mentioned that The order refer to 18 November 2023 On top I really don t care about your quality useless system Fact I order to print some leaftlet in 18 November 2023 the platfrom and I expected to got them by end of November as I have an event by mid of December There should be planty time Because I was not received anything I contacted and with my surprise you forgot to sent Probably made a new order by 8 december but that is not my original order Its not me the customer that have to lost time with your reclamation protocol that is clear not even work Take this feedback and learn to improve process not be arrogant and tell the customer how to do The order number is 16386300-2

It is a good company but their customer support is absolutely at ground level i would give 1 10 If you have any problem with printing no one would listen to you i repeat no one listen to you

The products are good and also the pricing Not giving 5 stars because of late shopping I placed to orders for flyers the same day - they were both supposed to arrive on Thursday One arrived on Thursday as expected while the other arrived the next Monday

We re generally very content with WmD
We re generally very content with WmD CH It would be however helpful if they d present exact and real examples of the products one wants to purchase e g not all colours available are presented in the example photos and or how the end result will look like Instructions are mostly correct but we ve had inconsistent results a few times especially with printing postcards which issue was never resolved so we ve refrained from ordering postcards after three failed postcard printouts What has disturbed us the most is the delivery service they work with We ve wasted a lot of time dealing with DPD multiple times whether through WmD or other companies e g DPD couldn t find shipment nor recipient couldn t follow written instructions would say they left a note in the mailbox but didn t privacy issues one could see a different name address with the same shipment number etc Because of DPD we re considering to order from a different printing company in the future
