Useless I filled in all vehicle data online was told to wait until the estimate was calculated and received an estimate sales price of 9200 - I then was advised to fill out the rest so I get an exact drop off date No vehicle data changed and the car is in stunning condition I then received an email saying their vehicle professionals calculated the exact price and it is 5500 - minus other potential things they might find So the value is 9200 - to 0 - I acknowledged nonetheless to come by and have the vehicle looked at I then noticed that their professionals read out the VIN wrong or rather not at all and gave me a quota for a different model I immediately tried to call them but it s technically impossible because there s only 1 hotline number and the system hangs up after a standard announcement So I emailed telling them the wrong model was chosen and asked if they have to recalculate No answer I again emailed No more answers Then I received an email saying they re sorry I don t want to sell the car or take advantage of their offer anymore I should fill out the online questions why I didn t decide to sell I again emailed slightly astonished asking if the vehicle review drop off date is still upright or if they canceled it NO ANSWER But before all that I received between 4-8 emails PER DAY Absolutely astonishingly ridiculous

Bad service had to go there twice just because of internal processes they let us wait in the sun with a baby and then they gave us a price that was 50 of the AMTC one They revised their original offer -25 It seems to me that the online offer is only there to get you hooked These kind of business practices should not be encouraged

Really good proces for selling my 16 year old Volvo XC90 in Austria It was easy to submit information about the car Within one hour I received the valuation and could make appointment for the following day It took half an hour for the service oriented woman at the Innsbruck branch to go through the car She confirmed the price and took over the car Next day the agreed amount was on my bank account

The office is a bit grim but everybody was very helpful and spoke english The resell price was the highest from all the dealers I went to Moreover the price was the same as the one from the website no false advertising I got money to my account in 2 days Good place
