Absolutely horrible company

Absolutely horrible company You will never receive the price stated on the website regardless of how accurate your cosmetic assessment condition is I sent in my laptop which had had the outer casing and display replaced only days earlier and had no visible scratches at all on the bottom case only to receive an assessment that it was in a poor used condition and that I would receive almost 200 less than quoted I phoned customer service for an explanation and they just kept repeating the generic assessment provided and were unable to give me furher information When I requested to speak with a manager or an assessor they were rude and said that they have no managers and either I take the offer or decline it I declined the offer and received the laptop back with two deep scratches to the display casing that were previously not there When I tried to contact customer service again regarding this I only received rude responses and an unwillingness to help Again apparently the advisor had no manager I tried to send an email requesting to know how this happened and what they intended to do to rectify the situation and received no replies NEVER EVER send your products to this company unless you know they are worth nothing and in an awful condition because you definitely won t be getting them back the way you sent them in I work in customer service and this was by far the most appalling experience I have ever had

Alluring but NOT worth it and they will not buy as what they claim

I was selling my iPhone 11 pro the condition according to their website was Gut and the offer was 510 Upon receiving the package and few delays of examination they informed me that the condition is not as good because there are some dusts in the lenses could be but I definitely couldn t spot the speaker is damaged it wasn t or maybe I m deaf too and there are multiple scratches and a also a borderline visibly big scratch on the display the only truthful part and that s why I labeled it as Gut 3 and not Wie Neu 2 worth mentioning some scratches do fall under the category of Gut in their own definition on their website Nevertheless their modified offer was 170 after all of that which is way less than what I could easily get for selling it off elsewhere so I requested a return Upon return turns out it s their policy to destroy all other items including the original packaging the unused charging cable and the original documents that go with the phone After complaining via email they mentioned that it s my own fault for not reading the paper it indeed is superficially anyways however how does that make sense to destroy perfectly new and unused components just because it s your policy On my part I had just acted on good faith and hadn t bothered to read every single item on the list because a friend who had tried to sell to this company before had it referred to me and it was 100 clear to me that they re definitely not a scam turns out I should ve been paranoid with them and there s a thing called semi-scam as well

Sent in a very good Mac Pro 3 33GHz 5 1 Model in November 2020 received an email that the computer was damaged upon arrival by Hermes in December 2020 After 4 months and several emails we were told Hermes denied the claim and that the packiging was to blame Received another email that we needed to make a claim with Hermes and we were told by Hermes no because the company that contracted the shipping has to make the claim The computer was returned and upon inspection you could tell that it was dropped by someone due to the damage inside the graphics card was broken off from the main board and the main board was broken too They shipped the Mac Pro back in the same shipping box that it was sent in and the box had NO damage to it that would have caused this type of destruction It is obvious that they dropped the computer and damaged it and instead of admitting a mistake they used the blame game to try and pawn off guilt Very bad communication very shady business practices and they could care less about being an honest company

This company is HORRIBLE Send in my nearly new MacBook and after I didn t wanted to sell it they locked it with a password I m still not able to unlock it

Are a bunch of liars On their web page it states that they pay within 14 days of the day you sent in the product That s from Spain they allow one week of shipping time They further state that they check the product for up to 72 hours and then transfer the money which takes up to another 48 hours Actually that s bull because ALL SEPA transfers are required to be done by the next business day When I questioned the time it took to receive the money one week after they acknowledged delivery and indicated that they have begun checking the product they started claiming that their policy states within 14 days from receipt I have sent them a copy of their own Business conditions and they responded in a way that suggested I need to learn how to read AND I still don t have my money

Did not send back original packaging OVP even though they asked for it on their website Contacted their support but they say it is my fault because its additional stuff I just want the original packaging back because it adds value to the product

Horrible service

Received a quote for 230 on their website for a used S9 which had 0 scratches cause it was never used without a case or protective glass I had erased my data and checked the screen if there where any problems which there were not About 5 days later I get a message for a new quote of 35 Because apparently a Google account was burned into the display which it absolutely wasn t I had checked it before I sent it in What a waste of time I will never send anything to this company again They will always massively undercut your original quote

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company I send them a newly packaged phone and they later insisted it was already used and wanted to pay me less money When I got the phone back from them the headphones where missing from the packaging and they didnt want to send them back and where really rude on the phone One of the worst customer service experiences i ever had

Didn t accept an absolutely well working MacBook Air

After the company received my well working MacBook they told me that they wouldn t buy it since the condition of the device wouldn t meet their buying criteria - without further explaining what exactly is wrong with the MacBook What a hussle for nothing Don t sell your stuff to this company Not trustworthy
