I ve just had my result back today and it all makes perfect sense I was a bit concerned as getting a DNA sample wasn t as easy as I hoped as Teddy wasn t keen on having the swab on his mouth The results are exactly what I would have predicted but it s lovely to have it confirmed I would recommend

My area has been experiencing massive issues with USPS recently and unfortunately the two samples I was returning got lost I reached out to Wisdom Panel customer service and Jaspreet was absolutely wonderful He confirmed both tests had been lost by USPS immediately sent replacements and told me to reach out if I encounter any further issues Thank you so much

I was kept informed at every step of the process and the results were back sooner than expected I love the layout of the results really clear and informative I was a bit surprised by the results but can see the main breed in our dog it s so interesting I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son and daughter-in-law and can t wait to see them open the results Would definitely recommend

The whole experience was just amazing I got one test for my street dog for a present and I loved it so much I got a second for my other dog despite knowing pretty much her breed It s so personalised they keep you updated at every step and just make the reveal so cute and wholesome I also had a bit of an issue with the activation code of my second test which was dealt with so well and I felt like the company really cared and wanted to fix it 100 10 would recommend
