Sad and disappointing Won t order ever again
T-shirts are extremely flimsy and have an awkward fit tall and slim with super short sleeves The quality in general is just poor If you re keen on making apparel as an artist focus on quality first so you don t deter big fans from your artwork in general The price point would suggest the quality is at least decent but it s literally levels below fast fashion I ordered 2 shirts shorts a hat and a patch and it was sent in a tiny box Everything was crushed together to fit and came out super wrinkly and the hat brim was deformed As if the sticker on the brim that was hard to take off and took out threads from the actual cap wasn t bad enough for the cap itself The only thing that was fine was the patch I would seriously suggest WoB and any other artist with a dream to sell merch to stick to stickers patches and small stationary items instead On top of that It took 5 full workdays for my order to be sent out Extremely disappointing and a waste of money I won t be supporting WoB after this

Magic of the scam yeah
I ordered 3 items 2 t-shirts and 1 pair of shorts for the extravagant sum of 166 thinking that for that price I would get quality clothes in addition to a really cool design In the end I received two pieces of cloth which ripped after the first wash The shorts that are listed as a size XXL fit more like a size L I can t even bend over for fear it will explode plus it has a cheap swimsuit texture In short I would have ordered on Aliexpress that I would have had a better quality do not order from them it s bad

Order never delivered Refusing refund
Ordered a shirt for my husbands birthday Got an email to say it was delivered it wasn t Emailed wizards of barge who explained I needed to contact the delivery service I had selected I hadn t been given a choice Turns out it was delivered through USPS and going through their site only allows me to input an American address with regards to tracking my parcel I m in the UKWizards of Barge offered no help or explanation other than explaining they wouldn t be refunding since it was out of their control and implying it was somehow now within my control Bad customer service to say the least

They reached out and did a fortune telling with some contrived message then made me pay twice cause I sent the money to their wrong paypal account Then they tried to sell me some energy cleansing bs The whole experience put a sour taste in my mouth for their art too which sucks cause I liked it Felt like they were being very fake and manipulative

Excellent
I ordered and received a T-shirt and a bumper sticker Both items were exactly what I was expecting and they have since held up very well to general wear and tear I will definitely be ordering again
