Highly Unprofessional and Zero Standards
I contacted Wizu to explore their office space and initially it seemed like a great fit for my business needs I was informed that some partitions and other work needed to be done with an estimated wait time of a couple of months However as that timeline came to an end I was told that the company and its shareholders decided to focus their investments more on the city centre So I could no longer have the office that was agreed The service I received from Wizu was nothing short of highly unprofessional Communication throughout the process was poor and they wasted months of my time This decision clearly wasn t made overnight but rather than informing me earlier so I could seek alternative options they waited until the last minute to let me know If you re looking for a company that provides radio silence and zero professionalism then Wizu is the one for you But if you value your time and expect a basic level of communication and respect I would strongly advise looking elsewhere

Wizu- Eyre Street Sheffield
I wanted to share some feedback following our booking at your Eyre Street office last Thursday 19th September Unfortunately I didn t catch the names of the staff on duty that day In the past we had used another serviced office nearby but sadly our experience there was less than satisfactory From the moment we arrived at Wizu Eyre Street we were warmly welcomed by your reception team who were incredibly friendly smiling and eager to assist us in any way possible The facilities were excellent and your staff went above and beyond to resolve any minor issues we encountered both technical and practical We look forward to booking with you again for our future meetings
