Wizz Air regulators are thieves and manipulative in such a way that you lose money For example you will not get your money back in any form The refund thing is a lie You will not receive the money Refund means to give your money back to the bank account not in the form of a credit to the Wizz Air account as it is not a bank to give credit to me DO NOT USE WIZZ AIR It is the cheating and thieving company The cancellation fees are high that you will lose money if you wanna cancel the flight Or you are discouraged to cancel the flight because of these high fees I repeat my self there is no such a real refund of your money Once you start with them you will lose like me Some may say that these are the regulations Accept or not Than what about all people that we re lied and stolen through by Wizz Air through these regulations of hundred of thousands of dollars each victim

A Nightmare Journey with WizzairI want to share a frustrating experience we recently had with Wizzair on our flight from Naples to London on 1 August 2024 Travelling with our 9-month-old son we faced a series of mishaps that left us incredibly disappointed and stressed First our flight departed nearly two hours late due to air traffic control issues To make matters worse we made an unscheduled stop in Paris to refuel allegedly due to turbulence However cabin crew revealed that it was actually due to the pilot s inexperience and a misjudgment in fuel planning The cabin crew s words were he s a new captain and he s not familiar with procedures We were not informed of this stop until after we had landed leaving passengers and crew confused and very worried Adding to the chaos a passenger was caught smoking onboard yet the crew merely gave a warning without taking further action This raised serious safety concerns for all passengers especially those with young children Overall the lack of communication poor management and safety lapses turned what should have been a routine journey into a nightmare We ve reached out to Wizzair for compensation but they don t operate customer service by email and there is a 15 charge per call We have submitted a claim form but don t hold much hope as they have blamed the delay on severe weather If you still choose to fly with Wizzair be cautious and prepared for potential mishaps I would 100 not recommend it to anyone with children as the whole experience was very distressing We ll update on any developments

Scam Airline I can certainly say that they are thieves They are cheapest airline however they are making money on itinerary changes I have just lost 300 This is a promise that i will never travel with your airlines ever and I will not leave it like this

Italian Peccato che non sia possibile dare 0 stelle Il mio volo con codice di prenotazione SKNKHQ partito da Abu Dhabi a Roma il giorno 06 10 2023 con pi di 3 ore di ritardo causandomi conseguenti ritardi sul bus per l itinerario successivo nonch la perdita dei soldi sull hotel prenotato per l itinerario successivo reclamo aperto e respinto Reclamo aperto e respinto anche per il rimborso sul volo in quanto oltre che il ritardo portato l aereomobile era un carro di bestie SPORCO ed IGIENIZZATO solo con persone a bordo NESSUN servizio di RISTORO stato offerto n a pagamento n gratuito Neanche una bottiglietta d acqua era disponibile Per 7h di viaggio mi sembra abbastanza sgradevole come cosa Insomma alla larga da Wizz Air FORTUNATAMENTE siamo arrivati sani e salvi English Too bad it is not possible to give 0 stars My flight with booking code SKNKHQ departed from Abu Dhabi to Rome on 06 10 2023 more than 3 hours late causing me consequent delays on the bus for the next itinerary as well as the loss of money on the hotel booked for the next itinerary complaint opened and rejected Opened and rejected complaint also for reimbursement on the flight as in addition to the delay brought the aircraft was a beast wagon DIRTY and HYGIENIZED only with people on board NO REFreshment service was offered neither paid nor free Not even a small bottle of water was available For a 7h journey this seems quite unpleasant to me In short stay away from Wizz Air FORTUNATELY we arrived safely

Always bad now a full-blown scam operation
Our flight was back to London was cancelled because of the Luton Airport fire Wizz Air told us they would not personally be able to get us back to the UK for a week and to book tickets with another airline for them to refund We did this they accepted in writing that they would pay us back within 10 business days They found a variety of excuses to refuse to do so they wanted this random piece of information they d never mentioned before now they wanted a signed power of attorney I provided all of that at which point they just stopped relying to all my emails refusing to pay the money back that they accepted they owed It been three months So yes they ve gone beyond a simply terrible airline that is always delayed by 4-6 hours the other three times I flew with them earlier in the year for no discernible reason and cares not at all about its customers to a full blown scam operation that steals the money it s customers are entitled to Fly with it at your own risk

They changed me for checking in at the airport when they never gave me the information I needed to check in online I booked a flight through an agency and was then charges 50 euros for checking in at the airport when I checked in I was never told about this fee and was never even told I could check in online

denied boarding due to smaller plane they just lied they dont have any proof that we were denied boarding together with 50 other people no ticket refund and no compensation legal system protects the crooks so unless you make a video that is not allowed anywa and you know beforehand that wizair are crooks they will cheat and steal your money
