Do not fly with them - you have been warned No sympathy when it goes wrong if so
Do not fly with them- terrible terrible airline Just save up and pay more for a proper airline Flight delayed going out by 2 hours meaning I had to rearrange car hire to the following day and then on return - told flight is cancelled whilst at the airport an hour before departure time and rearranged to the following day It took hours to arrange an overnight stay for us and we still had to pay for travel to and from the hotel they arranged and will have to claim back the costs which will no doubt be an awful experience too Now to top it all off the rescheduled flight has now been delayed by another 2 hours and I have no coincidence it will even depart then Useless

Zero star
If i could I give them zero star Unprofessional and rude staff dictatorship attitude horrible coustumer service and many delays and many many lies I ask why they are always late and why is every time an Issue with this company and they get upset answering me they don t like my attitude Seriously Do they aspect US as customers to be happy and smile after all this delays What a joke Stay away from wizzair Zero star and never again with them

Unpleasant check-in staff horrible experience
WizzAir check-in staff Gdansk seem to take pride in being unhelpful We arrived for a flight over 2 hours in advance waited in the priority queue and nearly missed our cut off time for luggage When passengers complained - the staff slowed down taking calls walking off and saying they did not care Never encountered anything like this before Nasty attitude horrible experience

Useless
Useless Flight late then cancelled - with no promised email no push notification on the app Waited many hours Total chaos at airport Staff promised hotel voucher waited hours got nothing No substitute flight nothing Lots of loud voices waving arms then staff went home leaving people stranded Had to hammer my credit card staying 2 further nights at airport booking a new flight Please do not ever use this company they are a complete joke of a setup Not even a manager I have evidence

Cheap airline offering cheap and unpleasant travel experience
We have flown with WizzAir for the past couple of years and I must admit that it has rarely been a pleasant experience 1 prohibitively long queues where 5-6 check-in staff serve around 5 flights maybe 200-300 people 2 extremely uncomfortable seats 3 NEVER EVER on time with 2-3 hour delays announced or unannounced 4 unreliable website and 5 practically non-existent customer service I keep asking myself why I suppose it s the low cost but it s definitely NOT worth the hassle and ruined start and finish of a holiday I definitely do not recommend WizzAir if anyone wants a civilised travel experience

It must be a scam
It must be a scam They lost our suitcase a month ago - yet they state that the suitcase isn t lost to prevent delay compensation This is also halting my ability to claim on insurance The customer service isn t existent and we get no reply People on the phone after paying 1 44 per minute besides the scrip share no insight or advice They do not know what process is to follow for customers whose suitcase has been lost and keep on referring to the 30 days timeframe to answer - failing to understand that legally it s the 21 days that matter and that trigger compensation Really appalling

Reschedule
I had booked 4 trips with Wizz Air recently and every single one of them has been rescheduled In certain situations it was only few hours but last one has been changed to one day prior whit affects my other flights Also due to these schedule changes I am not allowed to use my points collected from previuos cancelled flights Big dissapointment especially compared to other European low costr carriers

Do not fly with them - they made it impossible for me to check in online - even having screen shots to prove that I couldn t check in They fined me 40 each way and wouldn t let me on the plane until everyone had boarded in case they didn t have a seat Six other people were left waiting to see if they could get on the plane too Staff were rude and the whole experience was terrible I tried to get a refund when I got home sending all the screenshots to prove I couldn t get checked in and they refused I will never fly with them again

Don t a deserve single star Bad management night before the flight they changed it over to some doughnuts called privelage airlines who are even worse Delayed for hours sat on the plane with virtually no information unless asked and even then it s we don t know we don t have any information Appalling all round

We had such a bad experience while travelling from Wizzair from Madinah to Abudhabi The airline lost our baggage and they are sooo pathetic and ridiculous that after admitting their mistake They are asking us to provide them the receipts of the shopping we have done there and they will provide 50 compensation of the items Who can anticipate that the airline will lost the baggage and will gather all the receipts to provide them later Truly patheticHighly frustrated and enraged by this act of the airline
