An awful journey with an airline that doesn t care if clients return
As a frequent traveler who has experienced countless flights with various airlines I feel compelled to share my recent nightmarish encounter with Wizz Air This scathing review serves as a warning to fellow travelers who value their time money and overall peace of mind Brace yourself for a tale of incompetence broken promises and an utter lack of customer care Let s begin with the initial offense the cancellation of our flight without any plausible reason We got an email the morning of our departure so we rushed to the airport to get some clarity only to be informed that your flight has been abruptly scrapped Shockingly Wizz Air failed to provide any legitimate explanation for this cancellation leaving passengers bewildered and stranded without any clue as to what transpired behind the scenes Additionally they didn t have an option for both me and my partner to fly out until 3 days later which wouldn t work because of our work schedules In a desperate bid for assistance I reached out to Wizz Air s customer service while at the Palma airport Little did I know that I was about to embark on an infuriating journey of unhelpful agents and contradictory statements Despite assuring us that we would be reimbursed if we chose to book an alternative flight outside their company this turned out to be nothing more than a hollow promise They had no intention of honoring their commitment leaving us in a state of financial uncertainty and deep disappointment Refusing to give up we sought professional help from an external company hoping they could navigate the treacherous waters of Wizz Air s reimbursement process Unfortunately this only added insult to injury Nine long and arduous months later we are still fighting for the reimbursement we rightfully deserve It is inconceivable that an airline claiming to value its customers could display such a blatant disregard for their responsibilities Wizz Air s inability to provide a backup flight for three days highlights their lack of contingency planning and their disregard for the inconvenience caused to their passengers Furthermore their callousness in denying our rightful claim and subsequent inability to fulfill their obligations demonstrates a disturbing level of unprofessionalism and an alarming lack of transparency Traveling should be an enjoyable and stress-free experience yet Wizz Air has turned it into a nightmare Their cancellation without reason broken promises and refusal to reimburse the amount we paid for an alternative flight have left us feeling betrayed and disillusioned It is my sincere hope that this review will serve as a cautionary tale to potential passengers considering Wizz Air urging them to explore alternative options and spare themselves the agony we endured In conclusion I strongly advise against choosing Wizz Air for your travel needs Their lack of accountability unreliable service and poor customer care make them an airline that should be avoided at all costs Spare yourself the headaches and frustrations that come with dealing with this unscrupulous company

DON T FLY WITH WIZZ AIR WORST FLY EVER
I DO NOT RECOMMEND WIZZ AIR The experience with the outward flight to Bucharest from Madrid was quite chaotic The billing staff is very very slow it took the same 15 minutes with a passenger who was taking a tram due to various problems and things that did not appear in the system and the client had paid Then to board the plane they are slow disorderly and chaotic creating a really unpleasant situation If you are old have problems go with a cane or are pregnant they just don t care There is no concept of priority Well if it exists they charge you for a prioriti service that is supposed to get you on the plane before everyone else but since it includes a trolley-type suitcase to carry in the cabin everyone pays for it With which the concept of priority is diluted and all the people get on the plane in a rush Compared to other airlines they are a disaster Now we go to the return trip Bucharest-Madrid which was unpleasant disastrous and I would almost say bordering on SCAM First you should know that if you can check-in online YOU SHOULD DO IT Otherwise at the airport they will charge you 45 per passenger to check in at the counter any airline does it for free since it is a service a way to control the access of the ticket and also know who Flying However on the WIZZ AIR website it clearly says that if they do not have the online check-in service open for your flight THEY CANNOT CHARGE YOU a cent On the outward journey from Madrid this was the case But BUCHAREST is another world and as long as they can take advantage well they will The fact is that our return flight without any prior notice changed airports and instead of leaving from their international airport it left from a civil airport that is in the city Needless to say at the international airport no one had any idea about anything and it was impossible for them to inform us of anything Finally we got someone to help us with the information The race begins to get to the other airport by taxi in a city that is clogged all day by traffic jams we manage to get there And when we arrived at the check-in counter we found that the flight for reasons I don t know was operated by another airline and as the case was we would have to pay those 45 billing per person we are a family of 3 so if we wanted to get on the plane we had to spend 135 The excuse was online check-in but since you are sold and if you don t pay you are stuck there you have to jump through the hoop A FRAUD The curious thing is that it was the only flight that was operated that day at the airport and the same two employees who checked in were the ones who later controlled the passengers getting on the plane The flight left 1 hour late because of all this We are complaining about this to WIZZ AIR but I simply DO NOT RECOMMEND FLYING WITH THEM In the end it is better to fly with a serious airline that gives you good service Cheap is expensive

Italian Peccato che non sia possibile dare 0 stelle Il mio volo con codice di prenotazione SKNKHQ partito da Abu Dhabi a Roma il giorno 06 10 2023 con pi di 3 ore di ritardo causandomi conseguenti ritardi sul bus per l itinerario successivo nonch la perdita dei soldi sull hotel prenotato per l itinerario successivo reclamo aperto e respinto Reclamo aperto e respinto anche per il rimborso sul volo in quanto oltre che il ritardo portato l aereomobile era un carro di bestie SPORCO ed IGIENIZZATO solo con persone a bordo NESSUN servizio di RISTORO stato offerto n a pagamento n gratuito Neanche una bottiglietta d acqua era disponibile Per 7h di viaggio mi sembra abbastanza sgradevole come cosa Insomma alla larga da Wizz Air FORTUNATAMENTE siamo arrivati sani e salvi English Too bad it is not possible to give 0 stars My flight with booking code SKNKHQ departed from Abu Dhabi to Rome on 06 10 2023 more than 3 hours late causing me consequent delays on the bus for the next itinerary as well as the loss of money on the hotel booked for the next itinerary complaint opened and rejected Opened and rejected complaint also for reimbursement on the flight as in addition to the delay brought the aircraft was a beast wagon DIRTY and HYGIENIZED only with people on board NO REFreshment service was offered neither paid nor free Not even a small bottle of water was available For a 7h journey this seems quite unpleasant to me In short stay away from Wizz Air FORTUNATELY we arrived safely

Wizz Air the worst experience ever Keep well away from them I booked my flights with Wizz Air in October last year They kept cancelling my flights as I had connecting flights They said I had to do a new booking everytime they cancelled Which I did about 3 times and had to pay extra every time Then after 3 months they reinstated the same flight as my original booking but guess what I had to pay again for my original flight Complaining got me nowhere DO NOT USE WIZZ AIR S t experience ever

Nightmare Don t even think about booking with them
3 flight booked with this company 1 cancelled 1 delayed 2 hours the last one delayed 6 hours we booked a flight from Milan to Lamezia even with the announced delayed they told us to go to airport for check in as scheduled time otherwise we could lose the right to flight We went there to receive just silly answers made many people wait for hours and once one plane was about to finally come for us a plane of a different flight company this aircraft resulted smaller and 25 people were left out including us Simply a nightmare If you want to do a favour to yourself don t even think about booking with them even if the flight is for 10 euro They get as many customer as possible even if they know they cannot cope with that numbers making them waiting for hours for some other flight Really disgusting
