Good budget airline
Contrary to many reviews I thought Wizzair were pretty good for a budget airline Flew with them during the lull in the pandemic and found the seats roomy the service good and the prices excellent value including for the extra legroom

Absolutely amazing company
Absolutely amazing company will recommend to every1 who wants Delayed flights that then cancel provide no replacement flight have no customer service do everything they can to avoid paying you out when they screw up the most shabby air hostesses ever None where pretty on my flight lol all looked like back end of a bus knew right away their would be a problem and halfway over Germany their was 1 of the hostess had a moment of realisation and we had to tunr back to luton couldn t contact wizzair when we got through they provided absolutely no assistance Absolutely disgusting service have still provide no refund for over a month no compensation wont refund for the return flights that we obviously couldn t use they are just money grabbing and have no feelings for their customers absolute sham their should be governance for crap like these airlines NEVER AGAIN AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Fabulous Cheap way to get to Eastern Europe
I have flown on Wizz Air a number of times to eastern Europe and Dubai every time the flight has been on time and cheap Just come back from Gdansk to London didn t have Priority boarding but boarding process was quick easy well organised and flight even took off a couple of minutes early Just about enough leg room pilot kept us updated and even landed early Paid less than 15 for ticket using the Wizz Air discount card great price and looking forward to my next flight to eastern Europe on Wizz Air

Flew from Cardiff with 12 family members no problem whatsoever flight on time friendly helpful staff Overjoyed they are now flying from Cardiff and will never have to book with Ryanair again

Impressive service
I flew from Gatwick to Athens I have flown all over the world on many air airlines but I don t think I have ever come across a flight attendant like the woman serving us Her name was Tania and her demeanour and professionalism was noteworthy She went out of her way to assist customers and treated everyone with kindness Working under the conditions of Covid must put a strain on cabin crew However Tania had a smile for everyone and appeared to enjoy her job She is a real credit to Wizz I will have no hesitation in recommending Wizz to others

Friendly and helpful
After an horrendous experience with easyJet and left to sleep in a bus shelter for two nights I booked a flight from Luton to Lisbon on the Friday with great ease and got a train to the Algarve for 24 euro The staff where friendly and served hot drinks on the aircraft I am disabled and autistic but I must say they went the extra mile for me

Very good customer service
I booked a flight and they changed both outgoing and incoming flights I was not happy about this The customer service in my experience was very good though The lady on the phone was friendly and helpful I asked for a refund and got it in 24-48hrs Credit where credit is due

It s not all doom and gloom
Despite all the feedback I had to schedule flights with Wizz Air and on trying to check-in found that I couldn t because of the flight departure time being changed Only option was to ring their premium service line but I was connected straight away explained my issue and was informed that I hadn t accepted the flight change but if it was OK they could accept and I d be able to check-in after 5 minutes Five minutes later I checked in and printed out my boarding card They are a budget airline and will be looking to recover any costs they can but their customer service was excellent for me and a few quid to get it sorted isn t a major issue

Due to COVID-19 we have decided to cancel our Christmass plans We called Wizz Air and got the customer service rep within 4 minutes we gave our presonal details and requested a full refund The rep did not try to change our minds or to convince us to take credit or points It seems as the company udnerstands that in these difficult times we only want refund Got the money in full within 5 days Wizz Air you bought yourself loyal clients

Can t fault Wizz air
Can t fault Wizz air flew from Gatwick to Palma and back last week Flight out was delayed due to staff shortage but that happens to most airlines The cabin crew were lovely one even noticed I was shivering on the journey back and turned down the AC They didn t take my monzo card as payment on board but Google pay worked fine It s cheap and cheerful but at 36 50 return to Palma for 3 nights next month I can t grumble Costs more than that in diesel to drive 2 hours away and back in the UK Any extra charges are explained clearly and I make sure I have a high level of travel insurance cover anyway I feel like a lot of these negative reviews could be avoided if people just paid more attention through the booking process and read the information It s all available for everyone to see
