Sent Defective Mouse and Ignored By The Company
I have never felt the need to review a product before but after purchasing a very expensive mouse that was defective and being ignored by customer service I feel somewhat morally obligated to warn others I purchased the Beast x Mini from WL Mouse on 1 13 24 and received it on 2 5 24 In less than 1 week of use the right mouse button would not stay activated when holding it down making it nearly impossible to use scopes in any video game I notified the company of the issue and told them that I had tried numerous things to resolve this issue on my own through the contact option on their website on approximately 2 12 24 and received no response I then sent them an email after receiving no reply for about 6 days which they did respond to and asked me to send a video of it happening which I provided After providing the video they asked for they completely stopped communicating and would not reply despite my various attempts For these reasons I can not recommend this mouse or anything else from this company

bought one of there mice and was a pretty good mouse overall but the some things on it are just awful and make the mouse annoying to use such as the battery life and charging time i get like 12 hours use on the mouse i 1khz polling rate and 4khz is just not worth it because it takes longer to charge the mouse then time i get using 4khz it takes around an hour to get 20 charge on the mouse this is while using the mouse aswell not happy with it for the price when you can buy other mice for around the same or cheaper that don t have any problems

don t buyThe mouse after a few months of use begins to break down When using the mouse suddenly disconnects it and nothing can be done WLMouse says they can t do anything about it and won t accept the hardware under warranty
